Our stay on February 12-14, 2013 was overall pleasant. We were happy we received an upgrade from 1BR Deluxe to 1BR Executive, and were allowed to check-in early. The staff were friendly and attentive. The room was clean and spacious--perfect for us who has a toddler. The living area was a good place to receive our family and friends who visited us. […] The location is awesome as it is near the Ayala Triangle Gardens. We take a stroll each morning after breakfast at the Old Swiss Inn, which is good if you like Filipino food. The property, however, may be best to undergo renovation soon. The unit overall feels and smells old. The unit doesn't have enough accessibility if you have kids who are in prams (we kind of anticipated it, so we didn't bother bringing a pram). The management may want to reconsider having the Wi-Fi internet included for each stay. FYI, Wi-Fi can be accessed by one device at a time only, and you can get logged out if idle for a few minutes. Good location and service. breakfast lacked somewhat paying a daily rate for an Internet code seemed well behind the times, not to mention that it would end your session about every 10 minutes. Otherwise we enjoyed ourselves.

Older condominium converted into a condotel. Needs refurbishing but has a great central location and is a good value for it's price. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Some of it's older features like the big rooms and the parquet flooring are wonderful. Has an old world Manila feel but is right at the center of modern Makati.

The staf are great. The restaurant down stairs is not good no good to select from Very limited . The restaurant up stairs is also very limited but much better then the other . The hotel is nog as clean as it could be . The beds are as hard as the floor and the springs will stick u bad . Need to upgrade mattress ASAP

We like the location. Close to shopping centers. Nice to have a safety deposit box in your room. Breakfast was good (more on Filipino food).

We got a terrible room during my recent stay in Nov 2011: dark, old, no view except for a tall bldg 5 or so feet away. The room felt very depressing. I would not stay there at all. Location is great, and the service was good.

Efficient friendly staff, convenient 24 hour mid price restaurant, only slight negative is that physical property is worn....otherwise I highly recommend this as a great value.

THIS IS A NICE HOTEL, BUT I THOUGHT A LITTLE OVERPRICED FOR THE MONEY. THE BEST THING ABOUT IT IS THE SURROUNDING AREA. THE PARK ACROSS THE STREET AND THE NICE BUILDINGS AROUND IT. IT YOU HAVE EXTRA TIME TO SPARE, THE PARK IS A GREAT PLACE TO RELAX AND THERE ARE LOTS OF LUNCH PLACES ALL AROUND IT.

We booked 5 rooms and the larger rooms were very spacious with separate living areas and kitchens. The studios were very small, so for a few extra bucks, I would go for the bigger rooms...definitely worth it.

Everything about my stay was superb . . only 2 complaints . . A/C unit was at bed level thus blowing directly onto the bed . . shower bottom very slippery . . they need to install non-slip strips in the tub . . very long step-down when getting out of shower . . almost 2 feet . . slippery tub & long step-down . . not good . . breakfast menue was ok . […] . some days good some days average . . will be staying there again in July . . the staff was extremely efficient & courteous . . the king bed was ultra comfortable . . excellent value for the money ! No one was at the hotel lobby, we had to wait; the check in process was very slow, felt very unwelcome. No hot water, had to call to fix. Room was very small, Wi-Fi in room very expensive. Buffet breakfast was ok. It is scary to go outside at nightime, too dark.

This is my second time staying here and unlike my second time at another hotel, this hotel is great. My room this time was even better than the one I had last year (same category). The front office staff and housekeeping staff was great and friendly; even the people who served us breakfast. Breakfast was also good and it was free with our room. Service […] was great and fast even the cook to order stuff like omelets and pancakes. The girl who cooked our pancakes and waffles was a trainee, but she was fast and courteous. My girlfriend really like the hotel and the people and so did I. The location is the best too. Very close walk to the Galleria, restaurants, movie theaters, MRT, right across the street from Triangle park, which have restaurants like Golden Spoon, A great Cheesecake place (serves meals too), a Japanese restaurant which seems very popular, the Coffee Bean is coming..etc. all in Triangle Park right across the street from the hotel. Pluses: Excellent location in Makati Pool a bit small but fine Friendly service Cheaper than Peninsula next door Minuses: Paying for internet Room a funny shape Breakfast buffet a bit limited (although having Filipinos dressed in Swiss costume with cantonal flags hnging down was an interesting concept). Stayed in the hotel for a week. Best location in Makati,super clean,helpful service and all at great price. Would be great if they could put bigger tv and maybe wi-fi but thats not that important. Great breakfast with 2 restaurant choices too. All in all thats where I will be staying in Makati from now on.

Makati内に複数あるSomersetの中でも古い方だと思います。Green Beltは徒歩圏内ですし、公園に面していてロケーションは抜群です。高級感はありませんが、値段とロケーションを考えると買い得だと思います。今回は1BR Executiveに4泊しましたが、例えば寝室にテレビ台はあってもテレビはありません。リヴィングにはテレビとＤＶＤプレイヤーがあります。アメニティーは必要最小限ですが、その分、自分の洗面道具を広げるスペースがあります。壁のペンキは塗り直してありますが、窓枠などは古い感じが否めません。但し、何かが不足しているわけではありません。高級感を求めて宿泊するとがっかりさせられると思いますが、値段を考慮すると裏切られた感じはしません。

隣は老舗のペニンシュラホテル、向かいは公園、マカティの中心部へは徒歩５～１０分、ショッピングセンターのグリーンベルトエリアへも徒歩10分圏内と大変便利なロケーション。タクシーに乗る回数も少なくてすみます。 ちょっと古いホテルですがきれいにメンテナンスはなされているので、滞在は快適です。部屋も新しいホテルに比べると結構広めなのがよかったです。 基本、部屋にスリッパや髭剃りは置いていないのですがフロントで貰えます。 徒歩5分圏内にコンビニやスーパーなどが無いのがちょっとだけ不便かな。それ以外は、周囲の治安も問題なく、また泊まりたいホテルです。

3泊してきました。Makatiの町中にあり快適に過ごすことができました。お勧めです。 ただ2点ほど指摘させていただきます。 ①インターネット 設備の欄に「高速無線インターネットアクセスを無料でご利用いただけます。」と書かれていますが実際は650ペソ/day請求されました。バウチャーにも無料とは書かれていなかったので支払いましたが、納得がいきませんでした。 ②バスローブ …が欲しかったのですが、これも有料とのことでした。 ③空港へのTAXI 最終日Hotelに空港までのTAXIを頼みましたが、メータを使わずに思いっきりボラれました(通常200ペソ以下のところ500ペソの請求)。Hotelの方はメータを使うからと言っていましたし、交渉の末200ペソしか払いませんでしたが最後にいやな思いをしました […] 。 とはいってもMakatiのこの場所でこの値段はお勧めだと思います。上記も仕方ないと納得しています。 Pročitajte više

다른곳으로 이동하기에 상당히 먼거리입니다. 서울 여의도정도라생각하시면 되겠구요. 주위에 식당정도 있고 금융권입니다. 페닌슐라, 샹그릴라가 있지만 다른시설을 이용하기위해 적어도 20분이상은 나가야됩니다. 카펫에서 냄새가나고 에어콘은 아주예전꺼라 소리가 심하구요. 수영장은 정말 사우나 냉탕수준입니다. 하지만 스텝들이 상당히 친절하고 잘 훈련되있더군요. 조식도 불만족스럽구요.

ホテル自体は問題なく快適に過ごせました。 しかし周りにショッピングセンター等がなく、タクシーで移動するなど不便な位置にありました。 よほど近辺に用事のある人以外はちょっと不便かと思います。

落ち着いた感じのホテル、古い部屋だが清潔にメンテナンスされているという感じだった。 お湯がもっと沢山でてくれると嬉しいが、フィリピンの気候なので水シャワーでも問題ないくらいだった。
