Fraser Place Melbourne - Melbourne

Nice hotel in a great location, would recommend it to others. Had some construction work going on in the lobby but couldn't be heard from the fourth floor.

We recently spent 4 nights at Fraser Place Melbourne. We had booked a Studio room for 2 and could not have been more delighted with the room, the attention to detail and the friendly staff. The staff here are friendly and helpful, the room was immaculate and the hotel itself is in a convenient location- i would stay there again without hesitation. The room had all the amenities you could ask for and everything was clean and well kept. 10/10

This is the most convient hotel that I have lived in Australia. It has a very good position and very comfortable environment. Also,it is easy for Chinese to eat Chinese food. I'd like to introduce this wonderful hotel to other visitors.

This hotel was easy walking distance to Museum, Lygon Street, Library, downtown shopping and Chinatown. The free loop tram was about 50 meter walk. Rooms seemed new, fresh and clean. Breakfast bar was handy but basic - better places to eat in wonderful Melbourne. Also local road works had broken cable for TV foxtel and therefore poor viewing for two […] nights. Cannot fault how rooms are set up, small but neat and all facilities provided. We were able to move into our room in the morning as it was cleaned and ready. Its a new establishment so everything in good condition. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. However, appartments are NOT serviced on weekends or public holidays, so you need to ask for fresh […] towells etc. and it can be a problem with rubbish removal etc. Also, they ask for something like a bond ($150) when you arrive, a bit strange as I had prepaid my bill. If you pay in cash you get this returned when you leave, if you use your credit card, it will be held for a few days afterwards! Pročitajte više

cube apts have a great central location - within a 10 minute walk to everything within the CBD - 10 mins also has you at federation square/the river to cross over to the south side. very clean room. everything we needed. very reasonable price compared to other options we checked out. would not hesitate to recommend it.

We had an enjoyable 4 night stay here. It's conveniently located in the CBD. The staff are helpful and friendly. There is a cafe on the ground floor that offers good food at a reasonable price. 2 minor complaints. We were on the top floor and it had been raining heavily when we arrived and there was a small leak from the ceiling which ran down the wall […] and soaked into the matress. This wasn't a major concern but for a recently constructed building, this was a suprise. Also the room was a bit small and cluttered. A very good location, within walking distance of many sightseeing locations. The hotel needs to decribe its location better on website. We could not find it on foot and a cab driver had never heard of it and didn't recognize the street as it is a one block lane.

ホテルの立地は美味しいイタリア料理にありつけるライゴン通りに徒歩圏の近さで、City Circle Tramの停留所にも歩いて2分程度。近所にWoolworthなどもあってとても便利です。　部屋はファンの音が一晩中していて、うるさかったのが気になりましたが、シャワーの出も申し分ないので、音が気にならなければ快適に過ごせるはずです。フロントは狭く、1Fのカフェはくつろげる雰囲気ではないので、朝食は近所のCafeに行ったほうが良いでしょう。 日曜日はルームキーパーは休みです。

Mørkt værelse (3. sal til gården) - værelsets komfort helt i top. Gode senge. Godt badeværelse.

今回父とメルボルンに旅行するにあたり、キッチン付の方が便利がいいし、評判も良かったので決めました。 まず嬉しかったのが、長旅を経てホテルに8時過ぎに着いたのですが、空いてる部屋を見つけてくれてそのままチェックインさせてもらえました。他にも現地ツアーの手配も丁寧にしていただき、スタッフの皆さんがとても優しくよくしていただきました。立地条件も大変良く、またメルボルンへ行く際には絶対利用したいなと思いました。 ありがとうございました。
