Great location, friendly staff, and spacious rooms/studios. The 1 bedroom exec apartments are much larger and more comfortable. Many of the hotel rooms look right onto the (closely) surrounding buildings which make them a bit claustrophobic despite their size. A good utilitarian stay, but not as stylish as you may expect.

Located between the KL and Petronas Towers. The room was actually an apartment and was very large. The hotel is very clean, well maintained and has excellent internet. I highly recommend Fraser Place

Unbelievably good for the price, would recommend to anyone. Short walks to KLCC and Bukit Bintang; what more do you need?

We had a two night stay and wished it were longer. A great room with modern fittings. The hotel had every facility you could wish for. Five minutes walk to the Petronas towers. There were a number of nightclubs in the area if that is your thing but there were no noise issues.

Fantastic hotel/apartment!!! Myself and my partner could of easily lived there! Beautiful room, with kitchen etc. Location metres from the Petronas Towers, excellent. Cafes, restaurants and bars all nearby. Pool was great, lovely views and always pretty quiet! Will definitely stay here again when back in KL, would highly recommend!!

Really enjoyed our very brief stay here. There's a well-equipped kitchen if you intend to stay for a while and self-cater. Restaurants are close by. King size bed was very comfortable, views were great, very clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is good (within the Golden Triangle); it's close to the rail system (which works […] beautifully) and large shopping complexes. This was a fleeting trip to KL, but we managed to fit in a train trip to Batu Caves and also The Aquaria which is within walking distance of the apartment. Fraser Apartments are in many countries and I will be looking for them when I next travel. Room was above our expectations, with a walk in wardrobe, kitchenette, storeroom and a very big bathroom. The room was clean, can't find any fault with the housekeeping. The bed was super comfortable. We used the gym and the equipment were of high standards. Clean and well maintained rooms. Cleaning staff friendly and responsive. Hotel is in an excellent location for restaurants and shopping. Concierge service is very knowledgeable. Great exercise area. Pool is clean and good temp. Restaurant in hotels are good.

Generally a solid 4-star hotel, although lacking in certain details. Elevator situation not well considered -- had to wait almost every time for intolerable periods. Stingy on simple things like water bottles. Aesthetics are somewhat discordant and could use some professional design help.

Reached the apartment late but was pleasantly surprised with the decor and also room. Did not get to try the amenities provided. Will look forward to the next trip to stay here again

My overall experience at Fraser Place was pleasant. There are a couple of negatives but who doesn't have there own opinion now days. Nice, clean, Modern and helpful stuff ... Fraser place is a nice place to stay in kuala , in the city center and not more than 7 mints walking to KLCC Suria mall and twin towers . the only negative part is the breakfast, very very very limited , i stayed 4 nights so when i tried the breakfast the first day, i haven't tried it again in the other 3 days, […] sleeping is better :D stuff were very helpful and agreed to have late check out (2:30 pm) as my flight schedule has been changed. Good service, very clean self-contained room. Well located 5 minutes from the Twin Towers. Ideal for business or traveling couple. The kitchen was surprisingly large and well equipped. Excellent value for money.

My friend and I recently stayed in two of the Fraser Place apartment units. Both were equally as clean and comfortable as the other. Hotel location ideal for social and shopping venues. I have previously reviewed this aparthotel in Feb 2012. It is very convenient to almost everything in and around KLCC and only a short train or monorail trip to other points of interest.

I rate this hotel 1 for everything not because it is really one but because they are not 5 and most people rated 5 and I got disappointed when I saw its not 5, I expected more based on the rating, This is a small hotel. Very good location, clean, but not luxury. The only main problem was the buffet brakefast was awful as far as selection. Almost 5 selection. […] Not that that u will be hungry but very very basic brakefast. But still I would go back to this hotel for stay. Great place to stay, great location, good value, friendly helpful staff, clean and modern. Breakfast a huge disappointment, restaurant grubby / dark, food well below par, better off strolling down to Bukit Bintang (10 mins) which has a myriad of good clean inexpensive eateries. Fraser Place is GOOD.

Rooms are clean modern and comfortable, staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast is tasty. The pool is stunning, especially at night. Overall fantastic - would definitely stayhere again. Only downside our wifi didn't work but there are computers near reception you can use for free.

My husband and I found the hotel on the internet and it beats other hotels we have stayed at in KL hands down. The staff are very helpful and friendly. It is just a short walk to the monorail and some very good eating places.

The staff were friendly and very helpful, recommending restaurants, organising tours, arranging airport transfers etc., all without a hint of a tip. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite. The rooms were clean, bright and cheerful, the TV (42cm in lounge + mini hi-fi and DVD player, 32cm in bedroom ) was in English and other language […] channels. The bed was BIG and comfortable, the other furniture was good. The kitchenette had all you needed to prepare meals including frying pan and pots, crockery and cutlery, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. The only downside was no balcony - no big deal. Fraser Place is less than 10 minutes walk to the Petronus Twin Towers and 20 minutes in the opposite direction to other major shopping centres including the Low Yat IT Centre, so it is conveniently located. Yes the location is ideal however there are number of things that need attention the first is the pool and surrounding area needs a complete clean the glass especially looks terrible. The pool area is very small 12 people only. The breakfast wasn't worth the effort or the cost.

We only had a few days in KL, but the staff at Fraser Place made it at memorable one. We got upgraded upon arrival, without asking for it. The location was great close to KLCC. Great value for the money.

This is a really nice hotel. The staff are wonderful and the facilities are good. The breakfast was OK, hot coffee and hot milk gets bonus points. Great location and good value for money for a short stay. Would highly recommend .
