We only stayed for one night before catching our flight out of the airport near Vasco de Gama, but the setting was quiet and removed from any hustle or... bustle. I assume the resort is a favorite of Indian families, and probably most appropriate for those travelers who wanted to have a spacious retreat in Goa without spending a fortune. Getting to a beach would involve some amount (30 minutes perhaps?) of travel by vehicle, but the pool looked nice and since we were some of the few guests, had the place almost entirely to ourselves. The staff was gracious and the front-desk attendants spoke excellent English, not a necessity necessarily but a nice plus. They helped arrange for a late-night taxi to the airport at a fair rate, which was much appreciated. One thing to note is that our expedia printout listed Nuvem in North Goa, which confused every taxi driver and person we asked for assistance in making our way there from Panaji/Panjim. The resort is not far north from Margao and tucked into the hills behind a Tata dealership in/near Nuvem as of January 2013, if that helps in locating it. od Daniel od Austin, TX dana 04-01-2013
