the stay was nice but the air condition in the living room didnt work that was the biggest issue other than that it was a nice hotel

A very nice place to stay. I had a junior suite and it was quite good, roomy, good view, comfortable. This is a fine location, close enough to walk, but taxi is helpful at times. I would stay here again.

Rooms were excellent and was maintained well. It is very near to the city and commutation was easy. Food was good and the ambience around the swimming pool was excellent. The only challenge was with pipes inside the toilet as it was not functioning properly and continuous services was required. This led to a lot of inconvenience.

I loved the room. We got an upgrade and stayed in a suite on the top floor. The room was huge with two nice bathrooms and full kitchen and office with a balcony. Very clean. Perfect if you're staying with a family and kids (we were not). Staff was amazing and helpful. They offer transportation in town and out of town for a fee. More spendy then a taxi […] but will pick you up when called. Food was actually pretty good quality for hotel food, I usually avoid eating at hotels at all cost (unless five star) due to poor quality and questionable freshness. Only drawbacks were location (safe neighborhood though seedy) and sheets were worn. They rate themselves four stars so you think they would check the quality of the linens before using them. All in all got a great deal for the money I paid and would stay there again. It is older so you won't get the amenities of a newer hotel but unless you're on your honeymoon who stays in the room that much when you're on vacation? Pročitajte više

My family (3 couples in total) stayed in a two bed room suite and one bedroom suite. Big disappointment in their two bedroom suite. Their window near the balcony is broken and the lady said it has been broken for a long time but seem they don't have a plan to repair yet..... Becareful if you stay there during bad seasons or stormy weather! They have […] nice kitchen but lack of kitchenware and no detergent, we need that because their existings were not clean enough... Their shower temperature was unstable, be prepared to switch the hot and cold all the time during bathing but this only happens in two bed room suite, the other room is perfectly fine. One thing we admired the most is they offer free shuttle service (one way from hotel) to places around Pattaya. But they charge 200 baht (per coach) if you need a return but I'm think thats fair. Spent 9 days here in a spacious 1 bedroom type unit fully conatined. Boutique type Hotel with only 70 rooms, very personalised service, always felt at home. The hotel is great. The service is very good. The Thai people are always wonderful, and Thailand is always a very nice country to stay in. Yet the hotel is a little distance away from the action in the main Pattaya area. The food in the hotel is so so.

My family and I had a great stay at the Four Seasons Pataya we stayed in one of the grand sweat it was fantastic ,very big, the location was perfect for the family . The breakfast was very nice, but the breakfast area was a little dirty and the staff did not seem very happy and not very helpful apart from one (Somechai) the cook was grea,t very happy […] and helpful. Nice Hotel for that Homely feeling, All is great except that the quality of Breakfast needs to be improved by the Hotel staff and more carring attitude shpuld be there. Else overall a great value for money and comfortable stay for the family. Recommended to one an all.

High speed wifi was advertised but never worked in our room. The staff tried to fix it several times, but failed, so we gave up. We only stayed one night so not a big problem for us. Excellent hotel and would definitely recommend to a friend. However, my room was a little warm and difficult to keep cool this trip. I'm sure being on the top floor and daily temps a 100 plus didn't help the situation.

The stay was overall good. Nice front desk staff. Great manager. The maid I had did a horrible job cleaning the room. The bathroom constantly smelled of urine since I first entered. They do not use water to mop. Basiclly a little cleaner on a dry towl on a stick.

A very good hotel for everyone including families , very spacious rooms with all amenities and excellent Victorian style furniture. Staff friendly and helpfull. The hotel gets a little crowded over weekends but otherwise excellent choice for your vacation.

our stay was comfortable, room sizes were large and well furnished, small issues with the plumbing. bathtubs were difficult to get into/out of, shower heads were defective otherwise comfortable and ideal for families a little away from the nightlife suggest renting a scooter to go around

We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was very comfortable. The location was great if you want to be near the "foreigners section", the area where the Brits and Aussies lived. Great rooms and good service.

very nice experience and will recommend. the room is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. the location is a little bit far off from "walking pattaya" the center of the tourist actions. but you can take a tuktuk for 10baht which is $0.35. all worth the money!

Nice big suites decorated in French Colonial furniture. Suites were big and comfortable, there was a kitchen and a seperate eating area. A little far from main tourist attractions however the hotel provided free transport when the car was avialable. NIce hotel with friendly and quality service.

The hotel was very good for the money. It is not right on Pattaya beach, but there is a free mini-van that you can use to drop you anywhere around Pattaya beach. The restaurant offers delicous rice & noodles menu for more than reasonable price. I would recommend this hotel for people who don't really want to stay too close to the beach street.
