Great location, very helpful staff. We arrived at train station without local currency (having come from Austria and making a hurried train transfer). Receptionist helped us with the taxi driver and making change, and was extrememly attentive and helpful. Would definitely recommend. Less than perfect cleanliness score as we missed a room make up one […] day (no idea why) and there was a water leak in the bathroom. The receptionist could have been more helpful when the wifi connection failed. She insisted that it works on her mobile phone. Saw another guest having the same problem. We tried using the hotel's laptop to connect to the wifi and it failed as well. TV console in the room is dusty and the bed is squeeky. We had a wonderful experience in this beautiful downtown hotel. It was an example of old world charm and elegance. The room was very large with an extra bed and an amazing bathroom. We were extremely satisfied with the hotel. The hotel charge doesnt include the cost of parking and the parking for downtown is by permit only. Just an FYI.

広場に面していて、窓も開くので風が入って気持ちいい部屋でした。内装はシンプルで清潔感があります。バスは配置の問題か少し使いづらいです。洗面台周りにが狭いので物を置きにくかったです。ロビーや廊下には民芸的な置物や絵があって興味深かく落ち着いたふんいきでした。クルムロフ城まで徒歩で10分もかからないくらいなので、何度も行ったり来たりしていました。早朝の散歩は気持ちよかったです。昼の時間帯は泊まらない観光客も多く、早朝、夕暮れを楽しむのがよいようで、宿泊する価値はあると思います。

チェスキークロムロフは小さな町ですが、町の中心の広場に面したきれいなホテルです。館内にはチェコの田舎を感じさせる小物類が置いてあり、いい雰囲気でした。室内も広く清潔です。朝食ブッフェも満足でした。チェックアウトが11時なので、朝観光をしてからチェックアウトできました。ホテルの前までは車は進入できませんので、レンタカーで来る人は近所にあるホテルか町の駐車場に車を置くことになります。私の場合は、ホテルの人に車で駐車場まで一緒に行ってスーツケースを運んでもらいました。
