I got called out for a last minute business meeting. Checked the net for hotels and was shocked by the prices in the area. Found this one which was within travel budget. Good place. Front desk was helpful, room was older but very clean, had all the requisite amenities (plus free cookies and popcorn!), and a decent continental breakfast the next morning. Located in a residential area north of the town of Naples, 7 min drive to a state park with great beaches, plus a couple of very good restaurants nearby (check Yelp for details). "Good value for the money"
We stayed in a room with 2 double beds for two nights. The room, linens and bathroom were clean and neat. Fixtures are older but functioned as they should except for the bathroom fan which wasn't running at all when we arrived, but it was fixed after one phone call to the front desk. The double beds were comfortable enough, not lumpy or saggy as is […] often found in lodging in this price range. Sheets and pillows were comfortable as well. The room we stayed in was on the 1st level on the street side but there's vegetation buffering the space between parking and the main road which made it feel more secluded. We weren't bothered by road noise in any way. Small resin tables and chairs are set along the walkway along the rooms on that side which was nice to have. The continental breakfast was adequate and consisted of the basics, fruits, pastries, juices, coffee etc., and is set up in the pool area. We didn't spend any time in the pool area other than to grab breakfast but it looked well maintained. I thought it was a good value with ample parking, convenient location to Naples beaches etc., and will definitely stay there again when in the area. If you're looking to stay somewhere in Naples and don't require a ton of bells and whistles, this could very well be the place. I'd recommend it to friends. Room comfort is very poor, our floors were dirty and gritty. Need to replace the beds the springs have seen their better days. Rooms have window units facing corners and not blowing directly in the room and are very noisy. Plumbing is a huge issue due to the age of the hotel probably need to update whole system. "Smelly, Very OLD and well, not what I expected!!"
The room was small, it smelled old and old. The bed was hard & pillows were flat & Old as was the spread. I found an extra flat pillow and a thin blanket up in closet that I used, but froze every night. I stayed because I had already planned my 3 day stay from that location.Nice pool and Bar-B-Q area's, but had lots of Bugs & not well maintained though. […] My Niece is from area and told me a big company had bought this place so I expected it to be nice. I travel a lot. Will not stay there again & wouln't recomend you do either. I've stayed in a hotel in area that was less expensive and nicer. Computer in lobby was not working well either. On the up side; Breakfast was good and there till 10:00. Most of the staff were nice. "Small dated rooms, but clean and felt safe."
Traveled alone, the room was clean but small even with the kitchenette. Room and grounds were kept very clean, nicely landscaped. Friendly staff and other fellow travelers seemed content and friendly. Breakfast was very basic, cold cereal, yogurt, basic bagels and pastry, and cold boiled eggs, juice and coffee. "Great for people with small dogs"
This was a business trip & they accepted our dog. The floor was tile which was clean & didn't harbor smells from previous dogs. They also recommended a nearby diner which allowed & encouraged dogs on the patio. The pool looked great. The bathrooms were clean but a little worn.Autentične Expedia recenzije gostiju

Property was just as advertised, Old Florida. Clean, nestled into a residential neighborhood, gaily color decorated exterior, remodeled as best as could with such a dated building arrangement and style, a one night stay was enough. Return? Doubtful.Autentične Hotels.com recenzije gostiju
