The location was perfect, overlooking Da River as well as the newly built Dragon Bridge. However, there was no AC in the common areas. Bathroom drainage failed miserably. Magnetic keys failed many times during our stay and we had to ask reception to send people up to our room so we can get inside. Great front desk wallpaper falling off the wall. Clean and efficient. Restaurant had dirty table cloths when you sat down. Service was poor in the restaurant and the food was good but not great.

The hotel's selling point is the river view & ocean view, I attended the river view of my last stay which is more expensive when compare with the normal rooms. When I check in the room I found that this was really a very nice river view appear in my sight, but when I moved near for better observation, there was many dirt marks outside the glass and […] have some broken points at the right hand corner of the big big glass! My concern is:- 1) The safety, can the broken glass can protect the room when typhoon? 2) That kind of dirt marks( like muddy) really ruin all the impression of the river view. I didn't even want to watch from inside to outside. I asked the staff about the cleaning of the outside glass wall but the answer is they had done whatever they can but no effect, they can not climb outside to clean the glass wall. Is that the service of a 4 star hotel?????? And also I went to B1 floor for spa but I found that there was wet floor all around the site, I have to walk very carefully for avoiding slipping, and I can not feel any passion on the face of the reception, she just told me the price and when I return to go without using any of their service, they are look like they get used to it. No any questions why the customer went away without any response. The day while I checked out, they just ask me to stand in front of the reception to wait for their checking the room but not invited the guest to be seated for waiting for more than 5 minutes. I think this is the fault of the management, everything could be better if they really like to improve. My conclusion is: I will never choose this hotel again. Thanks for your kind attention.. the hotel experience was average for a self rate of 4 star, the break selection was pretty average and the food was not even hot. order room service one night and 70% of the menu was not available! staff communication to pretty rude and slow, even though i am vietnamese and spoke to them in vietnamese. during the 4 nights we were there there was 3 […] power outages, 2 on the same day which delayed our time from getting out of the hotel because we could not see ourselves to do any toiletories. which was a major setback for our tour. ask staff they say it was normal. prices of tours inhouse was rediculous, it was cheaper for use to use the cab services for our travellings around danang and hoi an, even to Hue. overall an appalling experience at the hotel Pročitajte više

Great views and location. The staff could not have been more friendly. Large comfortable rooms with river views. The rooftop bar must not be missed because of it's views down the river. Da Nang looks like Shanghai lit up at night.

Undoubtedly the best hotel in the centre of town, strategically situated overlooking the river with wonderful views in every direction. Excellent, friendly service and modern, clean and comfortable rooms. Affordable price too, considering the excellent quality. Food is also very good, and room service was much faster than expected (unusual in Vietnam!). […] I was told the meal might take half an hour to arrive but it actually came in 15 minutes, and was really good. The roof-top bar provides really special panoramic views and has both an open air (windy!) section and an indoor area. The check-out process was fast and efficient too (again, quite unusual in Vietnam). There are other hotels in the city centre, some with similar names, and some friends and colleages have tried them. The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. The early check in they provided and local tips given were great. However, I must mention that the English speAking driver/tour guide provided for our day trip did not understand a word we said. I certainly hope that was an exception.

Firstly, I booked a queen bed but was given 2 single beds instead. After getting our room keys, we waited outside our room for 30mins for them to fix a room key problem. After fixing it, later in the evening it happened again. Again, we were told to wait. Besides the room key issue, the lock on the door does not work, definitely did not feel secure. […] Finally, their 24hr room service was not able to provide us a meal at 9pm, we were told they closed earlier. Following that, I called the front desk manager to get some info on places for food, and was told that I should take a taxi to find some place (they did not even suggest one place). 窓から見えるハン川の夜景が美しい。次回はドラゴン橋が見える側に泊まりたい。ぜいたくを言えばバスタブがほしい。シャワールームの排水状態が悪い。　昼間エレベータの不具合が多くて階段を利用しなければならないのが残念。

ダナン、ニャチャン、ホーチミンの旅行です。最初のホテルですが迎えの車を依頼しましたが800，000ドンを請求されました。交渉後600,000ドンになりましたが空港より2キロメートル位なのでとても高く感じました。ホテルの立地は非常によく９階でしたがダナンの街並みが一望出来ました。ミーソン遺跡、ホイアン見学には良い場所にあるホテルでした。

das Hotel ist prinzipiell in Ordnung; nur wenn man ausgerechnet an jenem Tag kommt, an dem der Pool gereinigt wird und das Einlaufen des Wassers auch einen Tag dauert, dann hat man Pech .... dass keine Druckerpatrone im Drucker des Businessbereichs liegt und die Druckerpatrone auch vorsichtshalber entfernt ist, passt weniger zu einem 4-Sterne-Hotel; […] das Personal ist aber ausgesprochen hilfsbereit !!! ..... wenn im TV über 100 Kanäle geboten werden, es aber (z.Zt. noch) keine Programm-Liste gibt, ist es nervig, sich vollständig durch zu zappen.. Rommet var fint og greit. Frokosten var grei nok, men rommet var ikke spesielt koselig. For all del ikke gå inn i SPA avdelingen eller prøv å lei en sykkel. Absolutt alle syklene var det noe feil med og SPA avdelingen var så skitten at det for meg var under standarden jeg forventer på et 2 stjerners hotell. Ta heller å finn et hotell i Hoi An

宿泊したGreen　Plaza　Hotel　は、今回で６回目です。４年前と比べても部屋の状態は、良く保たれていました。朝食も申し分ありません。ただ、部屋のシャワーノブが外れたり、バスルームのブラインド（木製）の下部が剥がれたり、していました。この辺りはベトナム水準として、OKと感じています。 １４年前から年２～４回ダナンへ出張しており、普段は他の３つ星ホテルですが、お客様と同行の時は、このホテルに宿泊します。 また、ここ数年高級ホテル・リゾートホテル（５っ星・６っ星）の建設ラッシュが続いていますが、このホテルはロケ－ション・設備・料金を考えると、グッドです。
