Lovely hotel, great location. Would recommend!

My partner and I had a very pleasant stay here. The hotel is good value and better than 2 star quality. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and served in a pleasant room. I found the bed a bit too soft but I have a bad back so noticed this probably more than others. There is not much in the immediate locality of the […] hotel but it is only a short walk to the Centrico area. The railway station is only about 10-15 mins walk which is useful. We loved everything about this hotel; the decor, the staff, the room, the location, the breakfast. A particular mention on the reception staff- who were outstanding. A big thank you to them. We will be back.

Recently enjoyed an excellent stay with friends at the Hotel Trieste in Verona. The staff were most welcoming & helpful, the rooms unusually spacious for Italy and the location perfect being a short walk from the centre of the city & the station

We spent one night here between Florence and Venice and were very pleased. Terrific, friendly, helpful staff (brought us coffee/tea/cookies and chatted with us while we waited for our room (we arrived early)). Nice lobby. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, good location.

This hotel was a lovely surprise. Although a tad pricey, it was very much worth it. It is located handily halfway between the train station and the centre of town on the main road. The staff are wonderfully friendly, sharing jokes and helping out with requests (we asked for a bottle opener and were immediately given one), the rooms are huge and some […] have balconies which is a nice touch. The hotel staff were all very helpful and friendly. A fault had been reported with our shower by the previous people and it had to be fixed during our stay, but the hotel staff were very apologetic about it taking one hour and gave us a free bottle of prosecco. We hadn't even complained! Breakfast was good and the hotel was within easy walking distance […] of the centre of Verona. Stayed for one night in June. The room couldn't have been more drab, but the amenities, including good A/C, were fine. Superb breakfast.

Great hotel in a very good location .Everything is in walking distance . My only gripe is that at this price I would have liked coffee making facilities in the room

O Hotel está muito mal conservado, as pessoas que trabalham não são prestativas e nem tão pouco eficientes. Tudo que você precisa demora um século para ser resolvido ou atendido. O Aquecedor do quarto não funciona, passamos frio, a temperatura externa estava 8° e o aquecedor não funcionar! É um pouco ridículo, a acústica é horrível, dá para ouvir as […] pessoas falando dos outros quartos e nos corredores. Deixei no quarto uma mascara que havia comprado em Veneza, quando questionados eles disseram que a camareira pode ter se confundido achando que era lixo e que por isso pode ter jogado fora....um absurdo, perguntaram se eu queria procurar no depósito de lixo!!! Se alguém tinha que procurar não era eu e sim eles, não deram mais explicações e disseram que lamentavam. A única coisa boa é a localização mas realmente não vale a pena o preço é muito alto para os serviços que oferece. Não recomendo para ninguém. Pročitajte više

Très bien situé près de la gare Grande, bel aménagement, personnel très disponible et attentionné, belle décoration cosi

отличное расположение, пешком центр рядом, завтрак хороший, все чисто. сначала предложили на 2-м этаже. очень плохо закрывались окна, потом на 5-м - все ок.

Qualidade excelente

Very friendly and efficient people. Price/Quality very ok. A place i'd go back to and extremely well situated to discover Verona

+Location was great; between the train station and old town. Wir waren mit dem Hotel sehr sehr zufrieden! Besonders möchte ich das Frühstück erwehnen.. der Kaffee sehr gut .....die gesamten Lebensmittel ausgezeichnet frisch und gut!
