Great receptionist! Crap breakfast!

We stayed in this hotel during the frist week in January and everything was very quiet. For three quarter of a 100 a great price for 4 stars. The city however was beautiful and the location of the hotel very good in the historic old town of Verona. We close to reach all important places and with the 2 days Verona card you can visit basically all important […] churches and exhibitions including the arena. Parking in the hotel was too expensive per night, thats why we parked our car nearby (5min walk) on the other side of the river in the Arsenal public parking for about one third of the price per night. This beautiful hotel is on a typical Italian narrow street and literally 4 blocks either way to great shopping, restaurants and most major sights. We drove to Verona at night so it was tough to find in a series of one way streets but a cab would know exactly where to go. Our room was beautiful with windows opening onto the street. The way the questionnaire is worded doesn't ask about value for money. This was a fine hotel but not worth the cost

Very pleasant, plush hotel with very efficient, polite and helpful staff. As with most big hotels people are very business like and not particularly smiley or jovial but were very professional and effective. This was our second stop in our 10 day trip to Italy. We only stayed in the Hotel Victoria for one night to visit Verona on route to Lake Garda. We traveled from Venice to Verona on the train and arrived in Verona at Porta Nuova, which by the way is the main bus and train station. We walked to the Hotel with our bags which only took about 15-20 mins. […] There probably is a bus that would take you close to the hotel if you didn't want to walk and I would guess that a cab would only cost around 15 euros. The best feature of this hotel is its prime location. It is ideally located for visiting the major tourist attractions. We walked everywhere. Piazza Erb and the Arena are only about 250m away whilst Juliet's balcony is only a short 5 minute walk. A visit to the castle at night is well worth the trip, they light it up and you can get some lovely pictures from the bridge. The hotel provided us with a really good tourist map that highlighted Verona's main attractions. Upon arrival a porter assisted us with our bags and took them up to our room which was a nice touch. The Public areas of the hotel are a bit uninspiring, most of the walls are grey and some of the carpets were dated. The hotel room was decorated in traditional Italian style with quilted walls and some nice wooden furniture. The room was a reasonable size with sufficient storage for a short stay. It had good facilities which included a minibar, tea and coffee making facilities, a computer with a desk, and a trouser press. There was a TV in our room, although we didn't use it to know what channels were available. The room did have a safety deposit box, although it wasn't a digital coded box, instead a rather old fashioned key operated version which was small but perfectly acceptable. The bathroom was an average size and included a shower cubicle, basin, wc and bidet. The shower was very powerful which was good. Excellent position, very central, walking distance from all the major attractions in town. Warm welcome and friendly staff. Car-Parking is the only downside of this hotel. It is very small and expensive and it requires pre-booking . Not surprising given the central location. We will definitely visit it again.

+ The location is absolutely perfect! + Staff is very helpful. + Rooms are very small but have charm. - Rooms seem clean at first, however, I saw hair in the shower (different from ours) and toilet and used socks behind a chair...so...that was not very pleasant and makes you wonder how clean the rest really is. + Other than that...I'd definitely stay […] here again and can recommend it. This hotel is in a great location. Verona is a special place and this hotel ticks all the boxes. ok so it doesnt have a gym but there is a fitness first round the corner. The breakfast is typical Italian so be ready for a good lunch. The room was v nice and so was the bathroom. pretty funky shower and the tv had a good selection of channels. internet […] is 2 euro per hour in the room with tokens available from reception. great hotel, go for it. We were happy with the location of the Hotel. It is about a five minutes walk of the Arena di Verona. Service was nice and Breakfast very good. P The garage needs good driving skills as it is very narrow. Our Room was small and old fashioned: Dark carpet, big curtains, few light, old ugly blanket. Bathroom was clean.

Vi fikk et nydelig rom. Høyr under taket. Parkering i Kjelleren, litt vanskelig å få gps til å føre oss til Hotellet pga enveiskjørte gater. Kunne vært litt mer å velge i på frokosten. Flott beliggenhet!

ottima la posizione e l'hotel. Cortesia e pulizia hanno reso il nostro soggiorno anche se breve positivo. L'unico consiglio arricchire la colazione.

Otima localizacao. Quarto bom. O unico problema e que a internet sem fio e fracaem alguns quartos e o preco e caro. Mas avisei que a minha nao pegava e nao me cobraram. O cafe da manhaeum buffet muito bom com opcoes light tipo leite de soja. Me surpreedeu. O pessoal da recepcao e extremamente simpatio e uma delas te falava portugues.

Trevlig och tjänstvillig personal. Men med tanke på priset hade jag räknat med ett större och trevligare rum.

Liegt super. Sehr gepflegt. Guter Service. Wenn man was bemängeln wollte: Empfang habe ich schon freundlicher erlebt in Hotels dieser Kategorie. Aber war schon ok

Hotel Victoria i Verona ligger veldig sentralt i forhold til serverdigheter, shopping og restauranter. Vi fikk et nydelig og velutstyrt stort rom med et deilig bad. Frokosten var typisk italiensk ( mye søtt), men kjøkkenet lager div. egg og nypresset juice for et lite tillegg i pris. Betjeningen var smilende og serviceinnstilte. De snakket godt engelsk. […] Vi fikk anbefaling til en god restaurant for middag, og det var veldig vellykket. For de som kommer med bil er det viktig å bestille garasje.Ellers er det vanskelig å parkere. Konklusjon; Vi fikk en positiv opplevelse for en attraktiv pris. Anbefales!! Pročitajte više
