The staff were friendly and helpful. Loved that the beach was with in walking distance. Shopping and dining close by. The view from the pool deck and room were awesome. My stay at this location was a tremendous disappointment. A string of deficiencies to basic ammenities makes my limited stay here rank as one of my worst ever. Upon arrival, the suite's television was inoperable and the unit lacked a modem, leaving me without any access to the internet. By the third day, still no internet access and then the suite's […] air conditioner broke down...leaving the the ambient temperature a toasty 80 degrees in early August! What ranked as the most appauling was the lack of availability of anyone to remedy the situation. My stay there involved a weekend....little did I know the perils that awaited me. Noone was available to resolve the air conditioning problem. No emergency contact numbers had been provided in the unit. I was greatly fortunate that the suite's fan was still in operation....it at least kept the temperature from soaring past 80 degrees. If I would have known of the trials involved in renting this suite, where basic maintenance and inspection has been disregarded....well then I would've gladly stayed home! Pročitajte više

"Great place to stay."
This is a great place to stay for a vacation. I wish we could have stayed longer. It can be a little hard to find your parking space and then your room as you are just given your keys at the gate house, and no one tells you where to go. You can walk to the beach or spend time by the pool once you have got your pass.The rooms are large but i had booked […] here as i needed two bedrooms and a sofa bed.
