Believe all of the reviews that tell you this is one nice place!!!! We had a great room with a small view of the beach. Room decor was excellent.. the only thing you had to watch was getting out of bed..the bed frame does stick out a bit if you are near the corner of the bed. We stayed in this hotel in Agust this year and enjoyed it so much that we came back again from 15 to 19 December before going on to our house in Davenport. Facilities are brilliant, staff are very helpful and friendly, and the location is great as well, lots to do in the area. As in August, it was a shame to leave again.

"Execellent bang for your buck"
Spacious, clean, nice view even though its not directly on the water still got to see the beautiful sunsets, The price was great compared to many places along the strip.

I was so pleased that I chose Crystal Palms Resort. It will be a place we will remember forever as I asked my girlfriend to be my wife. The place was beautiful and we look forward to many return visits.

"Overall excellence but has minuses"
In general, the hotel is excellent. However, there were minuses. In the lobby, there's a canister that sprays a scent 24/7. In Nov., it was an awful gingerbread scent. The toilet paper is thin and rough. There were pills of fabric on the bottom bedsheets which made the sheets somewhat rough. I couldn't find pots or pans in the kitchen.

Really spacious accomodation. Great location - 5-10 minutes walk from the beach. Great views of the Gulf of Mexico Dedicated parking space mostly undercover. Staff very friendly. Only dissapointment about my stay was that they did not have a safe in room or offer use of a safety deposit box. So had to take my passport and money out with me.

It had a living room w/ flatscreen TV, 2 bathrooms, a bedroom (with a door for privacy), full kitchen, dining room and a huge patio. We will definitely be going back to Crystal Palms again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, yet affordable place to stay. "Crystal Palms at Treasure Island Fl."
Very nice property. All rooms are suites and have balconies facing the gulf waters but if you desire any sort of view ask for a room on the 4th floor or higher. Our 2 bedroom suite had a very nice kitchen/ dining/ living area and was like a small apartment with modern amenities, including a stacked washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances and flat screen […] televisions. It was very clean with the exception of the carpet in the master bedroom which showed several stains and needs replaced. We only used the master bath and it had a very nice sized shower and two separate vanity areas. The bath off the second bedroom had a tub/shower combo. Our corner suite had a good sized balcony with a table and chairs and also a lounge chair. Even though the highway out front is very busy with the windows and sliding doors closed only very loud vehicles could be heard. Our only interaction with staff was at check-in and they were nice enough to allow us to check in about 3 hours early which was great as we were staying only one night. Did not use the pool area but it looked nice from our balcony. The wireless internet was slow, and not real easy to access, so we just used our own 4G hot spot. If you are walking to the beach you must cross the highway and go south about a block to the public access as we could not find access via the properties directly across the street. John's Pass shopping and dining complex to the north was a bit more of a walk than we wanted so we drove which was not a big deal as there is plenty of parking for $1 an hour. Our room (#301) did not come with a covered parking space so if you care about that ask about it when you check in. Overall a good experience and we would certainly stay there again. Pročitajte više

I can not say enought about my stay. Upon my arrival there, I was over whelmed with staff along with my room. It was great! My granddaughter was with me and she couldn't believe it. She felt she could live here... In the future, I wouldn't hesitate on returning there. Great place to stay.

Got a great price and got a GREAT suite. This all suite hotel features things as a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, remote controlled ceiling fans, flat panel tvs in all rooms and LOTS of space. The only problems I have with this place is its location. Treasure Island is OLD Florida. Lots and lots of old Mom and […] Pop style Motel/Apartments line the beach front side of the main strip leaving places like the Crystal Palms to be across the street (the main strip, Gulf Blvd, seemed a bit loud from our suite--couldn't sleep with the sliding glass doors open). It was a 5-10 minutes walk to a very, very wide beach. The beach is very clean (no trash, sea weed etc.) and maintained well. For what we paid to stay here I was shocked at the luxury we received. CAN NOT BEAT THE VALUE! Wish they could pick this place up and move it to a better location. Very clean well equipped hotel suite with easy access to all Treasure Island has to offer!! Staff friendly and acommodating! Shame no roll out beds available - 1 member of our party had to sleep on the sofa!! Pool rather small but very welcome and not too busy whilst we were there!! All in all a great find at reasonable cost - thank you!!

My husband and son and I stayed for 8 nights at the Crystal Palms. Overall - extremely good value and perfect for families (we had a two bedroom suite). The decor is lovely and updated. There were only two issues during the stay. 1. - the microwave turntable didn't turn (not the end of the world) and 2. - apparently the remotes for the ceiling fans […] work through walls - this resulted in the light in the fan coming on in both our room and our son's in the middle of the night (this was very unfortunate as it woke both us and our son up on more than one occasion (I mentioned this to the front desk and was told that the hotel was aware of the issue...then they should fix it or inform guests). Our family was extremely delighted with our stay. We had a two bedroom suite. We could not believe our eyes when we saw how spacious, beautifully decorated and clean it was. It had all kitchen appliances and also a washer and dryer. The pool is very nice and the kids had a great time using it. Stayed with my husband and toddler from 7/26-8/3. Had an issue the first 3 nights with garbage being thrown onto our balcony and asked to be moved, since we could not use the balcony and that is all my 2 year old wanted to do. Heather, the manager was great and since they were completely booked up, she moved us from a one bedroom to a two bedroom. That […] was really nice of them, since a two bedroom was more costly. Also, we had a canceled flight and got in a day later and was refunded for the first night. I appreciated the service and the hotel was awesome. Only complaint was the maid service. I had to ask for extra toilet paper and paper towels. The front desk also had their comments about the maid service, so it seems this is an ongoing thing. If you stay there, you will be very happy, just be prepared for the room ceiling fans to turn their lights on by themselves in the middle of the night. For some reason, when another room turns one on, it triggers others throughout the building. The staff knows and just laughs about it. If I had to choose a location again, I would choose Clearwater. The beaches are nicer, but there is very little to do around all this area. It is a stepped up and much cleaner Jersey Shore type area, with a lot of surf shops and ice cream shops. Pročitajte više

Fantastic resort, high quality and fully furnished suites with full kitchens. Not directly on the beach but this suited us fine and you only needed to cross the road to get to the beach. Across the street from the beach, but easy access. Great room - tons of space with 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, kitchen, living room, dining area. Washer/dryer in the room convenient for drying wet bathing suits. 3 flatscreen tvs, a nice balcony, and pool area with plenty of shade. Even had covered parking. The beach area is terrific.
