Very conveniently located near commercial and historical points. Metro station close by. Very smart and clean. Very tastefully decorated roman style with colourfil paintings every where including ceiling of my room. Checking in and out was fast. Billing was absolutely clear. Plenty of light bulbs in bed room to suit one's choice but not properly directed to read newspapers in bed. Very comfortable beds and they put a topper on mattress as I like soft beds.Housekeeping were not upto scratch as they always kept missing something e.g sweetner sachet or shower gel but responded well to my phone calls. Food in chinese restaurant called Jasmine was good.Ate there 3 times. The only negatives 1. Lutuyn room coffee shop staff uniforms were tatty. 2. Hotel rents out first floor for social events and exhibitions which is fine as it adds to hustle and bustle. The rooms were too small, the beds too close to each other. Elvators were too slow. The cashier never had the right donimation for exchange.

Rooms are very small. Don't be fooled by the pics. Taxes are also very high as much as 40% so booking for around a $100 turns into $140. Go to Hilton or major brand instead.

Sadly we did not get to spend as much time as we would have liked at this hotel. With a Club, Spa, Heated Pool, Pool Bar & Multiple restaurants, after a long week of traveling, this would have been a great hotel to unwind. But we still had a lot of sightseeing to do so we did not get to enjoy it as much. Nonetheless the facilities were really well […] kept and luxurious. The rooms were small yet cozy and the pool was actually fun. Granted, although the pool is heated it is not heated enough to stay in it for a long period of time when it's 55 degrees outside (since we had taken our bathing suits we were determined to use them once during our trip). It is in a really good location, short walk from Metro (which is not bad) and close to the main tourist office and the Hop-On/Hop Off (HoHo) Bus location. The staff is really nice and most speak really good English, so bonus there. If there is anything we did not like, were the prices for food and drinks. As far as the taste, the food was really good, however not good enough that we felt warranted the higher prices. And Drinks at this hotel were much more expensive than most other places we stopped at. The taxes on drinks pretty much doubled the price almost immediately vs. other places, weird. Other than that, love the hotel and after a long day of sightseeing it would be a great place to unwind. Oh and although we did not get to go, they do have a nightclub on premises. Pročitajte više

Room was old fashioned and not as comfortable as we experienced in other, less pricy hotels in Delhi. Exterior and main lobby is impressive, and there is a nice pool area. The location is nice and feels safe, but you.ll need to get a car to get anywhere. The breakfast buffe was great, and the staff was very helpful, even after the checkout.

A very well maintained, comfortable and conveniently located hotel. I was more than satisfied with my stay. I had read reviews that the rooms are small, but I think it was fairly spacious.
