Cleanliness of the room was amazing. They have very good cleaners. The size of the room was awful and it was a very small cramped up space, did not like it at all. The food at the hotel was bad as well. Breakfast was disappointing - only option was croissant and tea and coffee.

Well the front desk staff are very helpful, and I am so thankful for them although some of them were trainee and I had to approach other than trainees to get things happened. I was't impressed at all about the house keeping but was ok but I would expect much better from IBIS hotel. The hotel is not really close to the train station so if you have children […] you better take a taxi to the Mall of Emirates and then take the train (metro). The security guys were outsources as usual and has no idea how to treat guests. Without having some good front desk people my long stay would have been really bad, but I appreciate when they gave early check in and late check out. Spacious clean rooms, good service. I surely recommend this hotel for those who are traveling to Dubai. There's a 24-hour café that is excellent for latecomers. This hotel is situated in an excellent location close to shopping malls and sightseeing places. All in all, an excellent option for a fair price.

I was aware when I booked at this hotel that its rating wasn't that great.However, the common amenities were lacking. The missed days cleaning my room. Didn't get towels when asked. One set of towels was equivalent to a rag I would use at home. There appeared to a real problem with their supply of towels. Wireless service in the room didn't work most […] of the time. Service at the desk was very slow. I question the competence of some of their workers. Information requested often was wrong. The employees to help with our bags were quite slow in being of assistance. The location of the hotel was my biggest problem. It's like being the last building on the block, near nothing. I was there for 2 days. Hotel staff was friendly. The only bad thing is that the bathroom is small. Not enough for two people to shower. Was a noisy two night stay. Wasnt the cheap and cheerful stay I was hoping for. The shower looked like it hadnt ever been properly cleaned. The doormen were totally unhelpful when it came to hailing a taxi, had to stand on the side of the dusty road to hail one myself.

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel although I actually booked it by mistake; I thought I booked the Ibis Mall of the Emirates because I wanted easy access to the mall. This was not a problem, though, as I just used the taxi services wherever I needed to go. I found the staff to be very accommodating.

Very friendly atmosphere, very helpful staff. Food was good. Room was clean and neat. Could have offered coffee and tea in rooms. Had free internet in rooms and covered garage, which is very nice. I would definitely stay there again.

These days, the Metro is the best and cheapest, way to get around Dubai. Unfortunately, the hotel is situated halfway between stations. Rooms are small and quite basic, as are the restaurant and bar, and TV stations are also limited.

However, whilist it is in the Al-Barsha (Mall of Emirates) area, it is the last hotel along the service road so you'll have to ask the hotel to get you a taxi everytime but if you've hired a car like we did, they've got a secure underground car park. Nice lobby and bar. Not an efficient check-in, room was ok. Internet connection was erratic and alarm call on the morning of our flight was 20 minutes late. Attention at the door for taxi service was excellent. Overall it was clean, actually a pleasant stay and a little better than a 3 star experience.

Do not book two beds as they are connected and make a single queen bed. It was a problem for us as I was traveling with a friend. The rooms are small, and the15 satisfaction guarantee is more of a 45 minutes and two calls. Bar is overpriced as there is nothing else next to the hotel, internet expensive.

My first night at the hotel I was trying to sleep and there was really loud music, assuming it was from one of the neighboring rooms I called the front desk repeatedly and each time was told that "they would take care of it"; after the third time I called and start yelling at which point they mentioned that it was from the club on the ground floor and […] I had my room moved - when I asked why I had to call so many times if they knew it was the club from the beginning I couldn't get a straight answer. The next room was at the front of the hotel where I could hear the metro each time it passed, but the noise was easier to deal with then the club music. Next day I requested an iron and was told that I would have one shortly...never came. I literally called the front desk for an iron 3 days in a row on multiple occasions and each time was told that they didn't have any at the moment. Finally I saw one of the cleaning staff and slipped him some money and had an iron within 5 minutes, despite being told just moments before that there weren't any available at the moment. Overall the rooms are small and the bathroom is tight. This is a place if you just need somewhere to crash for the night, but nothing where you will be able to relax or get some proper rest. The only good thing about the place was the price; however I would have gladly payed a little more rather than forsake some of the basic amenities that any decent hotel offers. Pročitajte više

Typical Ibis hotel...Friendly staff, room and lobby perfectly clean. Room a bit small but fine for a couple of nights. Bed was hard but I was always tired and had no problems falling asleep. The hotel has no room service, staff wasn't friendly. I had to call the reception 4 times just to have an adapter. Moreover the bed kind of smelly once I complained they did come and change it except the pillows (they don’t have extra pillows in the hotel !!). Bathroom very tiny .

But this trip was our last:- First room on check in was on the first floor and was a smoking room - we arrived at 1.0 am and it was tiring to change the room but we moved to 281 The following night we went to bed. For a budget hotel it served its purpose. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Located very close to the Mall of Emirates and a metro station so makes getting around very convenient.

There is no room service. Minibar and locker is not available. Room was clean though. I had a bad headache and asked for a panadol which was not available. That shows that they did not have a first aid kit. So beware. I am not sure but the front office service during my time was slow.

We had a great experience at the IBIS hotel in Oman, so expected the same in Dubai. Not at all. Extortionate rates for internet, check in staff who could not find the reservation for 20 mins, and a concierge who directed us to a metered taxi that wasn't - and then claimed he had no idea. So will look for somewhere else in the future.....
