My wife and I were attending a concert in KL. We planned to stay for the night. The hotel gave us a free upgrade and we were pleasantly surprised. Although the condition of the hotel and rooms was not the best, the staff were exemplerary. Particularly Ms Vani was very attentive to our needs. We had a wonderful stay

My 24 year old son and I spent one night at this hotel and enjoyed it. Fast and free Internet in the room and cleanliness made it a very comfortable stay. We spent three hours walking around the small city although there is not much to see. We returned to the hotel for some rest, enjoyed a delicious dinner at the hotel cafe, and asked the hotel to arrange […] a taxi ride to see the palace and huge mosque at night. Our taxi driver is one that they regularly use and that trip was the highlight of our visit. We paid 30 and he drove us around while answering our many questions about his country, city, and his life. As hotel adjoins the Mid-Valley Megamall, shopping and eating is very convenient. Range and quality of food served at breakfast restaurant is mediocre. The gym is inconveniently located outside and away [3 minutes walk] from the hotel building.

Location was terrific and convenient, being next to Midvalley Megamall. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, but furnishings a bit worn and need to be upgraded.

The overall rating is normal. The room settings are normal require upgrading. Breakfast spread normal and improvement needed.

We stayed here for 2 nights as we had a wedding to attend to. Good alternative to staying in KL city however main benefit is the location ad it's directly connected to Mid Valley Megamall which is a massive shopping complex!

booked 2 weeks ahead. Reached the hotel at 1am, checked in real quick, doorman took our baggage, showed us to our room, Room was still dirty, Doorman advised us to follow him down, gave us a suite... Sweet! Stayed there 3 nights.. prompt service and efficiency..

This hotel cannot be more convenient. A huge shopping center downstairs make everything accessible. if you love shopping and relaxing all at one location den this hotel is for you. it has everything there without you having to travel. however, do not expect the things there to be cheap as it is a tourist destination. For cheap shopping visit china town […] or berjaya times square. the process of checking in to checking out was extremely fast. was able to check in at 11am even though check in time was at 2pm. Swimming pool is relaxing and the gym is very well equipped with a personal trainer. The bed is comfy. my only negative comment would be that the hotel should upgrade their ctr tv. Pročitajte više

Stayed here previously on few occasions for business. Booked this time through Hotels.com while the other times were direct with the hotel. Wanted to charge RM30 for internet access (important being on business), no newspaper. Staff was slow in check-in and check-out. Probably would think twice booking through website.

We stayed here because we wanted to shop at Mid Valley. Due to it's location and direction of traffic, you will not be able to catch a taxi from the shopping centre during peak hours. No taxi will want to go there during peak hours, traffic jam is one. Hotel is in ok condition. Room is clean and comfortable enough. Shopping is right downstairs. Staff […] are ok approachable but not flexible. We asked for late checkout and they wanted to charge us for half a day's fee. We wanted another 3 hours before checking out and they wanted to charge us for 12hours stay??? One downside of this hotel is there is no free internet. We had to pay for internet access. this is a nice hotel - very nice staff. it has a great gym and pool (very shallow) area. The only critisisim is the beds are fairly hard - not bad depending on what your used to but hard and the lack of an office chair makes longevity at your computer hard. from the moment the front door was opened for me, until the door was closed on my airport taxi for the trip home, i found the service of this hotel to be great. room service, cleaning, general enquries were all prompt and friendly. the room was a good size and the bathroom was really nice - even though the shower could have done with more water pressure. […] the only negatives would be that the bed was hard and the carpets were stained. while greatful for the internet service, you had to stand up while using it and you could only access in 15 min blocks. (i guess this is good in peak times but i never saw anyone else using it) i thought room service was expensive and the food was below average. if shopping at mid valley this is an excellent hotel as it connects to the shopping mall in a great location. i found the taxis quite cheap and always plenty around so the distance from the city seemed okay to me. however the area did feel very local which made me feel like an outsider, so if you wanted to be with tourists i would suggest a more central location. 床のカーペットが継ぎ接ぎであったりするが、全体的には広い部屋と奇麗に掃除されており、快適である。何よりもメガモールに接続しているので、食事をする、何か買う、時間を潰す、などは快適に過ごせる。他にシティイテル、とガーデンというホテルがあるが中間のグレードにあり手頃。朝食は味はともかく品数は多い。ただ、モールの中に現地人向けの安価で美味しいレストランがあり、量を食べる訳でなければ、わざわざ高くそこそこなものを食べるよりモールに出る事をお勧めする。

価格の割には全体的にクオリティが低い。 ショッピングモールの中にある地の利の良さに甘えている。 特に朝食の品数が少なく品質が落ちる。、空になった品の 補充等のケアが悪い。 要するに満足感に欠ける。

このホテルの裏口がMega Mallという大きなショッピングセンターに直結しており、10時ころまで店が開いてますので、夕方ホテルに到着しても、買い物や食事ができます。10年前、クアラルンプール（KL）に駐在していた時には、毎週末に家族でショッピングに来ていたところですが、その後また新しいショッピングセンターが増設されて、ますますにぎやかで便利になってます。ホテルの朝食もマレーのローカルフードが色々用意されてます。 交通の便は、KL中心部から南西部に少し外れてますが、電車（コミューター）のMid valley駅がすぐ近くにあり、KLセントラル駅まで一駅です。KLセントラルから市内へはモノレール、LRT、バスなどの手段があります。Mega Mall からKLセントラル経由でKLCCまでのバスもあ […] り、ショッピングセンターですからタクシーも普段は簡単に拾えます。KLはしばしば激しいシャワー（日本でいうスコール）があります。その時にはタクシーを拾うのに結構苦労したり、割増を要求されたりします。 Pročitajte više

ミッドバレーの駅に隣接し巨大なショッピングモールもあり暑い所を歩かずに買い物ができる。 KLセントラル駅から電車で一駅だが３０分に一本で満員、危うくスリにあうところだった。電車で一人RM2で安いけれどKLセントラル駅からタクシーでRM12だからタクシーを利用した方がよさそう。

マレーシア国内にて幾つかのホテルに滞在した時と比較して、メガモールの間近にあるので利便性は高いです。建物は建築から結構経っているようですので年代を感じる備品多しです。プールは９階にありますがKLの中心地の屋上に25ｍ長方形型プールでヘイズの期間中などは泳ぐ気はあまりしませんでした。タクシー等のオーダーも当たった担当者が良くなかったためか、料金大目に請求され、直接タクシードライバーと交渉して料金を下げてもらいました。ロビーも狭い方なので、私個人としてはあまりお勧めしません。
