If this hotel were a third the cost for a night's stay, I really wouldn't have many negative things to say. However, the price is outrageous, insulting or whatever adjective you'd like to use to describe it. I've stayed in major cities like New York and Boston, in higher rated hotels for less money. In an age when hotels in general are overpriced, this […] one stands out. It happened to be the only hotel with a vacancy when I was driving home at night in a deluge and had my dog with me, so I needed a pet friendly hotel. That and the friendly girl at the front desk are the only redeeming qualities of this motel. I didn't find it to be dirty or in a dangerous neighborhood. Looks like this hotel was recently built. Very clean and comfortable all around. Breakfast had the usual fare including do-it-yourself waffles, but what stood out was the attentive staff that made sure nothing ran out and tables were wiped down between guests. This hotel was very nice. The hotel staff were pleasant and helpful, even recommending places to eat and shop. The room was nice, with a small sitting area, and clean. My only complaint was that, even though it was a smoking room, it didn't appear that it was aired out or sprayed from the last guest. Thankfully the windows opened so we were able to […] air it out.
