Great little hotel with satisfactory breakfast, free wifi, tuk tuk shuttle service and polite staffs. Overall, great stay at the hotel although the location is about 10 minutes walk from the main street. Tuk tuk shuttle service helps a lot!. Location might be inconvenient for some, but for me it's a quiet place to rest and recharge.

Accommodations were fine, albeit a very hard bed, but the front desk staff were wonderful and the location was great! Steps from pratunam market - a shoppers paradise! A little hard to find.

Very difficult to find. Even with the csrd from hotel. Room very small. The much acclaimed tuk-tuk was out-of-service. Room in need of maintenance. Will not stay there again. Despite reasonable rate.

The hotel is nothing extraordinary. Helpful staff, clean rooms. The rooms are not huge, but okay to spend a night in. The best thing about the hotel is it's location - 5 minutes walking distance from a Skytrain station, and 3 minutes from the main road.

My stay was great! When you are tired and back in the hotel after a day's sightseeing/walking, you would love to have a comfortable room, with hot water and sufficient tv channels to entertain you, this hotel has it all. Only thing was, hotel was in a small alley and difficult to find. Be sure to do research before going!

Room is satisfactory. Bed is comfortable and cozy. Downside is the location is a minus as its at the end of the alley. Pratunam market is walking distance.

I quite liked it, but the room was very musty & I couldn't open the window, so that made the room a little uncomfortable, but it's in a good location & a free tuk tuk can take you further, but I'm not sure where as I never used it!

Nice hotel, but a bit difficult to find. Shower curtain was poor, fell down all the time and the water temperature was switching all the time from cold and very hot.

The hotel and hotel staff were very nice. I stayed six nights. They were very quick to respond when I needed anything. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the major shopping areas. V nice & clean with friendly staff. Only problem is that it is at the end of a small street but the free tuck tuck servixe almost makes up for it. Great location for shopaholics :)

room was nice and roomy. staff were friendly. the restaurant was nothing special. enjoyed a foot massage at a discount next door. 20 min walk to MBK. 10 min walk to train to get to weekend market and a short bus ride to Lumphini park. It was well suited for my extra few days in the city.

Had a wonderful time, superb hotel, great amenities, rooms. Room service is great, cleanliness is also very wonderful. Staff is very helpful, but don't understand english easily. Tuk Tuk service is available all the time. Great economy hotel with luxurious facilities. BTS is available at rattchathewi station, very close to hotel.

Though not far from bustling Pratunam market where shopping and food (in that order) abound, there's nothing outside the hotel premises. This hotel was overall very good. It's location is close to the best shopping and the Skytrain metro in the center of Bangkok. This is the second time my wife and I have stayed at this Hotel. Still excellent. Rooms clean, staff excellent, reasonably priced Restaurant and adequate breakfast. Still a bit tricky for taxis to find but this goes for most hotels in the Pratunam area. We will be back.

Overall I was pleased with this hotel. Good price, pleasant room, decent location near the BTS. It started off on the wrong foot though; when we arrived, they told us there was a "problem" with our room, and shuttled us over to a partner hotel, Metro Resort, which was not very comfortable. We stayed here again later in our trip and stayed in a smaller room, which was okay but not nearly as nice. Still, this is a decent place to stay if you're on a budget. Located in a quiet area of Bangkok which is a gem; although taxi found it difficult to locate. We were pleased with the scent of jasmine and orchids when we walked out early in the morning from the hotel. Fantastic breakfast options.

This hotel is hidden away right in the heart of BANGKOK. It is clean, great friendly staff, and the included breakfast is varied and always delicious. I say it is hidden away because it might be difficult for the average taxi to find but once you get there your'e literally within 5 minutes walking of the Petchburi Road and Siam Square shopping areas, […] and the skytrain. The hotel is ok but the location is awful. With so many affordable options in Bangkok it is not worth it to stay here. The hotel is located in a hidden alley, dark and very difficult to find. This hotel was borderline one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed. It's hidden through back alleys and many tuk tuk and taxi drivers have no clue where it's located. The air con was located right above the work area in your room. Luckily I decided to move my laptop close to the bed the night before or I would've woke up to a ruined one. The air con […] leaked all over the place and formed a huge puddle in the room. I reported it to the front desk and all they said was that someone would clean it up. That's all. I booked a tour for 8 am the next day. When I called to confirm later that night, the receptionist mentioned that they booked the tour for 7:30 am even though the tour book states 8 am. Where they planning on telling me this or waking me up in a rush as it would seem I was the one who would be late in the morning for pick up? Overall, the service and location were horrible and I would not recommend to stay at this hotel. There are plenty more to choose from right around the corner. A good hotel for tourist that wants to see a lot of Bangkok and need a nice hotel to sleep. A walk to the skytrain is around 10 minutes, but if you are lucky the hotel tuk-tuk bring you already near the nearest station.
