Great location. Taxis were easily caught - usually right outside the hotel. Short walk to the nearest metro station. The hotel staff were helpful and the breakfast plentyful.

The room is so small you can barely move around in it but it was clean. There was a light out in the bathroom over the mirror so visability was very poor in the bathroom, I requested it be changed on multipul occasions but nothing ever happened. All day long they where hammering on the floor and walls in the room above me doing some remodeling so trying […] to sleep in and enjoy my vacation was out of the question. When you put the "do not disturbe" sign on the door that is a flag for the hotel staff to knock on your door and call your room 100 times a day it seemed like. There were a couple of guys working the front desk in the evening time that where very errogant and rude. I travel thru Dubai every couple of months for about the past 10 years and this is hands down the worst hotel experiance I have ever had, I will never stay here again....EVER! Pročitajte više

No idea why only 2 stars - large rooms with sofas, restaurant with breakfast in price, bar, gym in the penthouse, more staff than I have ever seen in any hotel (that's the Dubai thing BTW!) - but no pool! Aimed rather at business people on short stay. 5 min walk from metro, 2 seconds to 2 minutes to hail a taxi - DO NOT LET the desk order you one neither […] accept any of unmarked cars or "limos" outside - they're rip-off! Hotel car will take you for free to excellent if smallish Jumeraih Park Beach (hot showers on the beach, that's right!) and Dubai Mall and you'll be collected from air-coned bus shelter few hours later. But with really cheap taxis (less than 10 pounds to the airport) there's no worries about moving around. wish they had free wi-fi in the rooms but the over all stay for me was 9 days and was worth the money for a 2 star and we had breakfast included the price staff very good and we did get free wi-fi for 1 hr during breakfast

It was pleasant stay. The staff at reception were very friendly. The cleanliness in bathrooms especially needs to b improved. Overall I was happy with my stay in Holiday Inn Express hotel and will be looking in future to stay in this hotel.

Hotel is well maintained and staff are helpfull. Only problem for me was that hotel is located in a secluded area. overall it was a good experience and i would recmend the hotel to others as well.

I had a fantastic experience at the Holiday Inn Express Safa Park, Dubai, in April 2012. The staff were courteous and very helpful, the rooms were clean and whisper-quiet and the location was ideal for shopping at Dubai Mall. The good breakfast and nice gym were a bonus!

The support staff was the best and very accommodating. We asked for a non-smoking room and supposedly got one but it smelled awful and my C-pap had to be cleaned after staying there since it absorbed the smokey environment.. I didn't like the fact that there were no amenities like separate shampoo/conditioner ... but rather a larger container with "soap" Also, […] there were no conceirge to help schedule tours and such. The hotel's location is strategic in terms of being close to most of the important areas. Rooms are clean and comfort. No free Internet available. You meed to pay to get a cable connection to the net (no wifi). Staff are nice and friendly.

2nd time at the same hotel, this says a lot. You got best of all worlds - free breakfast, beach transfers, metro nearby, excellent staff, very clean and modern, good pricing policy. A well run, efficient operation at a competitive price. Helpful staff 24/24. Conveniently situated at less than 10 mins walk from the metro from where you can get to practically anywhere in Dubai. Taxi to Dubai centre for about €6. €12 to the airport. Excellent breakfast and evening meal, bar with draught beer etc.
