"Stinky and smelly"
I never recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel room is is not at all cleany and noisy from the traffic.
"Nice little hotel"
Plenty of shopping near by, Colaba about a 30 minute (cheap) cab ride. Room was a little dated and musty but acceptable. The staff was very friendly (better than the other hotel that I stayed at in Mumbai).
"Shalimar near Christmas"
Spent 6 nights here prior to Christmas. Old hotel but still has good things about it. Rooms clean and comfortable, no bugs etc. Staff very very nice and obliging. Breakfast very good lovely buffet choice. For the price well recommended.

見た感じは4つ星とは思えませんが、泊まってみるとなかなか良いです。一番安いカテゴリーの部屋でしたが、値段の割には清潔でアメニティもあり（ヘアーコンディショナーはない。）ました。スリッパも付いていましたし。 朝食もコンパクトでしたが、サービスもがんばっていましたし、オムレツ、ドーサなど頼むと焼いてくれます。
