We stayed at this hotel before catching a flight to San Fran. We had to be up at 4:30 in order to catch our flight and the front desk staff were amazing. CONVENIENTLY LOCATED TO THE OUTLET MALL, THE HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS IS OUR GO TO HOTEL. GREAT VALUE. CLEAN ROOMS, SOFT BEDS AND GOOD BREAKFAST. MY KIDS LIKE THE POOL BUT THEY OFTEN RUN OUT OF TOWELS AND YOU MUST GET EXTRAS AT THE FRONT DESK. I'LL STAY HERE AGAIN ON OUR NEXT SHOPPING TRIP.

Loved the hotel, you can smell the cleanliness as soon as you walk in the doors. Staff were incredibly courteous and always so cheerful. The room was fantastic, very clean, comfortable and modern. We came for a shopping weekend it was great with the outlet mall being less than 5 minutes away. Will definitely come back to this hotel.

Second time staying here. Very close to Factory Outlet Shopping Mall, airport and other shopping in driving distance. we always stay at this hotel and its always great but this one time were staying on a ground floor room and we can really hear the noise on the room on top of us we called front desk and they tried to tell the upstairs room but never stop till it was like late but then again front desk staff are very nice to listen and help us on our complain.

We spent two nights at the Holiday Inn Express in Niagara Falls NY. I can not say enough about the staff working at this hotel. Everyone treated us great. From the minute you walk in you feel so welcome. They just couldn't do enough for us. The hotel and rooms are very clean. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic. It was okay. Needed a place to sleep. Had the Junior Suite which is just a standard 2 queen bed room with a pull out couch. It was not spectacular even though it cost too much for the night. The only two problems were #1 the shower is difficult to adjust (scalding hot or very cold) and #2 the filthy/broken sofa/couch should be put in the dumpster (we […] did not use it). Quality of service: The customer service was great. When we arrived in our King Room, we could very clearly hear the person on the other side of the interconnecting room. After a few minutes of deciding whether or not we could sleep through it, my fiancee and I decided that we would try for a room change. The hotel was ok. My only complaint is that I was in a room that was right next to the elevator and there doesn't seem to be any sound proof because I could hear everything. Other than that, I was satisfied with my stay.

My only complaint would be we came in from the cold hoping to put the kids into a warm bed and room. The heat had obviously not been on in the room for some time. The room was freezing. The tiled floors in the bathroom were freezing. I laid towels down on the floor to make it warmer and the kids went to sleep in clothes to stay warmer. Overall the reviews about this hotel are accurate. It is a newer building that is very well kept. The bed was comfy, and the modern flat screen TV made it easy to connect to our computer using a HDMI cable to watch Netflix. The only minor thing is that the pool could have been a few degrees warmer. Very happy with our stay.

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond at every turn. The hotel itself (facility and pricing) was similar to most other Holiday Inn Express' (my family has stayed at many). what made our stay truly enjoyable was the outstanding service we received from the hotel staff. They accepted an oversize (and weight) package for us that the courier refused […] to unload so the staff unloaded a skid and held it for us. The location of this hotel is definately what gets people staying here other than that it doesn't have much else going for it. There is no mini bar and not much in the area so if you want to have a drink better pick something up as this is a no frills hotel - hence the rate. Room could be cleaner. Linens were clean but some cobwebs in corner and dusty. Also sink by fridge was pretty dirty. Hotel itself clean and tidy. Pool area nice. Stayed Saturday night over Thanksgiving weekend. Have to say, I couldn't find a single thing to complain about (and I usually do :-) Spotlessly clean, everything in good repair, everything working, room properly stocked. My husband and I chose this hotel as it was very close to the Fashion Outlet Mall & it was an excellent choice! Weonly stayed one night to shop on the USA side and thd outlet was 4 minutes away! I will stay here again no question! I will bring my kids & parents next time too! Don't forget the Free breakfast! It was Excellent :-)
