The rooms were clean and well appointed. The location is outstanding. The staff was pleasant, but I could not find (and never did) the office or... registration area. After a few walks around, I found the hotel staff on the pic nic bench out back. They kindly showed me to my room and that was that. Never saw them again. I did not need to becasue I was familiar with the island, but a new comer to MV might want a bit more interaction or at least to know how to find staff if help was needed.
