My boyfriend and I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and found it to be overall a good hotel. Good points: The private beach was very nice and towels were given The swimming pools were good The room was a great size and comfortable The breakfast had a good choice Bad points: The water pressure and temperature was terrible. Had a drip of a shower! The […] air conditioning didn't work very well Quite a few corners were cut to make things cheaper - the apple juice at breakfast was seriously watered down and there was a charge for fresh orange juice The food at dinner wasn't that great. The Hotel was really nice, although our air conditioning unit collapsed half way through the holiday due to this the room was so hot and smelt of damp. We had to stay in the room for 24 hours before being moved and received no compansation! Also getting a taxi to the hotel form Novalja centre is near on impossible. Our stay at Luna in July 2011 was practically the best we have ever had. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff were all so happy to help whenever we needed, always polite and friendly. The pool, beach and view were fantastic. The only downside we could think of was the distance from Novalja. The hotel info told us it was situatied there but in […] actual fact its further away. A few taxi men tried to rip us off but the hotel staff stepped in and stopped it from happening again. Overall, an amazing stay, a hotel we would consider going back to again!! Hotel very nice - immaculately clean and rooms a good size and very comfortable. Food selection on the buffet excellent - even steak available, cooked to perfection. However, the room on arrival was hot - and the airconditioning did not work. Asked reception 3 times in total before dinner - only to return to a sweat box after dinner - a wopping 27 degrees […] and climbing - the towel rail in the bathroom on full blast with no isolator switch to turn down or off. On phoning reception again, all the receptionist could say, was "Oh well - can't you open a window?" Which of course we could, however was told not to or the air con would not function at all. Eventually a maid come who confirmed it was not working and agreed the room was like a sauna! She was very helpful and nice and arranged for us to switch rooms. However, that was also hot and the temperature increasing throughout the night. All in all - a nice hotel but the receptionist should be the maid and the maid should be the receptionist! Paesaggio da sogno.Albergo bellissimo con tutte le comodità, piscina coperta, scoperta, per bambini ed infine accesso al mare di scoglio facile e sicuro con spiaggia in cemento molto bella. Colazione e cena a buffet di alta qualità. Sicuramente ci torneremo.

Wir verbrachten Anfangs Juli 2012 6 Nächte im Luna Island Hotel in Lun. Unser Hotelzimmer war sehr geräumig mit einem sehr grossen, bequemen Bett. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war mit gut bis sehr gut einzustufen. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und in einem guten Zustand. Der Strand war ein kleiner Kiesstrand und bestand ansonsten aus einem terassenählichem […] Betonverbau mit Einstiegsmöglichkeiten ins glasklare Meer (war für uns keine Überraschung, da die Fotos des Hotels sowie Satelittenfotos so etwas vorher sehen liessen). Strandliegen und Sonnenschirme waren in ausreichender Stückzahl vorhanden. Die Qualität und die Auswahl des Frühstücks und des Nachtessens (Buffet) war nach etwas Nachsalzen gut. The first thing that happened was that my pregnant wife (7 month) had to wait in the reception for 2 hours because the room was not ready. I explained them the situation, but they still let us wait for 2 hours. Another thing to take into account is that there is not enough sun bed for everyone. What we noticed afterward was that the guest went down […] and covered them with towels early in the morning so nobody could use them. So in other words there was a lot of "empty" sun beds with towel during the day. The rest was of the stay was very nice.
