I enjoyed the neighborhood of the hotel, but the shuttle from the airport was very long in coming and with two kids, waiting for an hour was terrible. The room was hot and smoke-filled from the neighboring room and there were so many groups at the hotel that breakfast the next morning was very unenjoyable. The hotel provides free wireless; however, the bandwidth is so low that we were unable to log on from our laps and iphones. The front desk apologized, but it was still very frustrating no being able to get on the Internet. The rooms were clean and decor was nice.

I would have liked better shuttle service to the airport. Shuttle was not frequent enough and was over-crowded. A shuttle schedule should be posted in the lobby. I had to ask; the clerk should have told me and handed me a schedule when I checked in. We missed our flight to Stockholm because of the shuttle taking so long to go to other hotels and because […] of over-crowded elevators in the airport. As airport hotels go, it was OK. the restaurant was only average quality, but above average price. It performed as needed - it was our last night abroad and they had a clean bed and a shuttle to the terminal.

The staff was very friendly, patient and helpful. All staff spoke some level of English. If one person couldn't understand enough English to answer the question, they would get someone who could communicate more effectively. The hotel is located in the town of Roissy--in a very quaint, and safe area. Within a mile or less walk are parks, great restaurants, […] grocers and the most wonderful bakery. The only downside to the stay was the use of the shuttle (NOT run by the hotel). In order to get the metro, the shuttle had to be used to get back to the airport/train station. Although it is stated that the shuttle runs every half an hour, it is really a loose approximation. Also, you cant count on the shuttle pulling into the semi-circular hotel driveway. The property is really below average. Overall cleanliness is VERY marginal. Hallways and room REAKED of some terrible fragrance. The room looks nothing like the photos on the website. We overnighted here at the end of our family vacation week in Paris. The location was great - close to the airport for our flight out and offered a free bus shuttle service to/from the airport which we took advantage of not only to fly out on our departure day, but also to get to/from the terminal to catch the RER into and out of the city on our last […] day of touring. The room was very comfortable for our family of 4 (2 double beds) and the bathroom was spacious and clean. Free internet was available. Room was fantastic and restaurant food was excellent though a little expensive. Only complaint would be that when the Black Bus came to shuttle to the airport since a tour bus was in the drive up, the Black Bus stopped at the road and no one from the hotel announced its arrival. I know many people missed it because of that.

Close to Charles de Gaulle airport, but you still need to take a shuttle and then a tram to actually get there. It's relatively easy, but allow a bit of additional time if you're catching a flight.

Booked and paid extra for a family room with a king bed. Got a very small room with an uncomfortable bed. Empty wine bottles and garbage outside the door when we arrived at the room. Glad we were only there for 6 hours until our flight

Great hotel... USA style but the service was questionable. I order room service, unfortunately the credit card terminal was not designed to read cards with stripe. I asked to add to my hotel total bill and I even offered to go down to the reception when I noticed that the waitress wasnt comfortable with that idea. 2 AM to 7 AM stay while catching a connection. Nice and clean. Friendly folks. One down: the airport shuttle almost left without me, since it stopped for all of 8 seconds, shorter than the 15 seconds it took me from walking from the warm lobby to the curb. Didn't have the breakfast but it looked nice.

Nice hotel. Near CDG airport. Has free shuttle ---although crowded at rush hours. Rooms are good sized (for Paris) - 2 queen sized beds. Adequate bath room. Did not use restaurant. Costs 45 Euro taxi ride to get to Eiffel tower.

We stayed here because we had an early flight home after a nice vacation in France. There is really nothing but hotels in the area so we ate at the restaurant in the hotel. Hotel is great. But you need to find the shuttle bus to get there and it will be crowded with lots of travellers and their bags to go to all the hotels in Roissy. So getting there and back to the Airport can be a packed experience. But the hotel itself is great.

This is a nice Best Western that primarily serves people flying in and out of Charles de Gaulle. I missed a connection from Geneva to Dublin and spent a night at the hotel. I was able to get a very nice rate through Expedia. The hotel, itself, is of a good 4 star standard. My most pleasant experience was discovering and using the excellent sauna. I had been in Europe for over a week during which it had been cold with snow. The sauna was a gift from heaven. I was frustrated with the TV system. Without going into the details, I found the system often went on the blink. When I called a technician, he showed me a shortcut that solved the problems, but this shortcut was no where shown in the instructions. There is free WiFi which was greatly welcomed. Used to be a holiday inn, getting a bit tired now. Location is in the hotel ghetto next to CDG. Bus from terminals is fine. Did not eat at hotel, bar small but OK. I was happy to get free wifi. Parking 15 euros per night.

Just had an overnight stay after a late night flight. Had no issues finding black bus (just follow signs to train station 'paris by train' and then go up one level. Easy) Black bus was empty given late nite and off season.

Absolutely fine if you get a reasonable price. The free shuttle but to and from the airport is VERY LONG. I estimate about 30 minutes with all the stops. There are other hotels of same quality that would be much closer to the airport.

Front desk staff were quite pleasant. The jr. managers have a way to go to become customer-oriented. Not wishing to pay 18+ euros for a breakfast buffet, we asked about the price of a cup of coffee and a croissant and were told 3.50 E. However, on checkout, the manager told us that price applied only to the lobby booth, which was not staffed as far […] as we could see. We explained that we had inquired in the dining room and been told the price there. The manager eventually conceded, but reiterated several times that the correct price for coffee & croissant, if eaten in the restaurant was 18.5 euros. $24 US for one cup of coffee & a croissant seems a bit high, even for Paris. The Best Western CDG provided a decent room at an excellent price close to CDG. Rooms are spartan but decent size. The shuttle to the airport is convenient, but it can be very crowded at the peak departure time.
