Best Western Hotel Stella - Zagreb

Located very close to the international airport at Zagreb the hotel is clean and comfortable.

Stayed here for 2 nights at the start of our holiday in Croatia. Just a short ride from the airport and on a good bus route into the city. The hotel is very new and comfortable, and the staff are very friendly and helpfull.

If you are heading to the airport, this hotel is perfect, they are pleasant and helpful and get you where you need to go. To take a taxi into the city center you are looking at about $20-$25, but if you have a car then it would be fine. It was reasonably priced and very clean.

We chose the Best Western Hotel Stella because it is close to the Zagreb airport. The hotel is very nice, clean, modern, and might be comfortable. However, our room maintained its 82-degree temperature even after staff lowered the thermostat! We spent a miserable night with no relief from the severe August heat.

Stayed a night just before taking flight back to Canada. We were afraid that it would be too far from downtown Zagreb but to our surprise it was exactly 15 minutes by bus. The bus stop is just in front of the hotel!! Got in at around 7 pm and went to eat downtown. Got back at our room at 11pm. PERFECT! There is nothing much around the hotel though. […] But, if you need to get to airport fast and save on the taxi, rent here. Hotel service was great. The woman at the front desk was a great help. Perfect for business trips or if you just want a clean place to arrive to if you want to crash for the night. A good no-nonsense hotel. It's not flash. You're not there for the scenic view. The Hotel Stella is a typical European designed hotel. Clean crisp design with very modern and clean rooms. The cab ride to old town was 100 Kunas; which was very reasonable. The location is a little remote but it's perfect for the airport. It's comfortable, incredibly friendly, and just a delightful hotel. Food options in the area are limited to a Konzum and one restaurant, but it's perfect for that pre-flight meal.

Well I booked this hotel based on previous reviews and they were not wrong. From the hotel receptionist on arrival, Maria to the room cleaners, barman, the service and help and advice was exceptional. The hotel is new and in excellent condition. The rooms are very comfortable and very quiet. The breakfast buffet was great and the staff was extremely nice and accommodating. Nice clean rooms with large baths. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. A bit far from the old town but bus was close and easy to take to town. About a 90 kona ($18.00) ride to the airport . Breakfast was included which was convenient and good. Would stay there again. The beds in all the hotels in Croatia are not like American beds.

The value and location to the airport is more than adequate for this hotel. It is a long way from the center of Zagreb, but for a stop over and reasonable cost, I recommend it. Few nearby restaurants a negative, but service and accomodiating staff a plus. Taxi from airport was expensive. I will stay there again on future trips.

This was one of the cleanest hotels we have stayed in. The internet was out of service the night we were there, but they are striving for free wireless throughout the hotel. The breakfast had good variety (scrambled, over easy, and boiled eggs e.g.) along with excellent coffee, tea, and juice. Hotel stella was a pleasant experience. It's situated closer to the airport and is comfortable if the purpose is an overnight stay. It is not too far out from city but is not the closest. However for the rates, it still makes sense to stay here. service was very good and the breakfast had a lot of variety.

We chose the Hotel Stella because it provided a convenient way to stay overnight between flights back to the U. S. It served that purpose very well. I would strongly recommend it to others.

Everything about this hotel was perfect, except that it's not in the center of Zagreb. However, the bus was really easy to manage and it was worth the extra hassle for such a great option! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who isn't afraid to take a bus!!

Had endless trouble locating the hotel on GPS, seems rather new hotel with extensive road changes, not on GPS updated, even traffic officers had problems locating it from their offices. The Hotel Stella is perfect for those needing to saty close to the airport. It is about 10 minutes away from the airport and was clean, had courteous and was fairly priced. Driving into central Zargreb was took about 15 - 18 minutes.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean and adequate rooms. No restaurant service except for breakfast (which was good), but the staff will help order good food for delivery from nearby restaurants and also take care of currency conversion.

Hotel is close to airport (5 min taxi) and is clean. Hotel staff was very friendly. Breakfast was ok...minimal. Could take a bus closeby to downtown train station...about 20 min.

We chose this hotel because of it's closeness to the Zagrab airport. The hotel is super clean and the rooms and bath are nice. The receptionist was very helpful and service was great. The breakfast was included and it was terrific. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a hotel near the airport

This hotel is conveniently located. It is about five minutes driving distance away from the Zagreb airport. The staff is also very cordial and the room was impeccably clean. It is a modest yet practical hotel that I would highly recommend to travelers that are looking for a hotel that is close to the airport.

This is a clean and modern hotel only a few miles from the Zagreb airport. It was extremely convenient to the airport, and a city bus provided a short ride into the center. I picked this hotel for its proximity to the Zagreb airport. It was better than staying in the city, but still cost more by taxi than I would have liked. The room was clean and comfortable and I felt safe. The night staff could have been more courteous, but the day staff was very polite and helpful.

Close to airport and highway. Extremely clean, friendly staff and nice breakfast. Would stay there again! Though convienient to the airport, a bit far from the city center if you are wanting to sight see.

空港にとても近く、朝食も充実していて良かったです。 ホテルの周辺は住宅街で小さなマーケットがひとつあるだけなので、観光よりビジネスや空港利用者向きだと思います。

Veldig greit sted å overnatte hvis man skal videre til flyplassen. God service i resepsjonen, parkering rett utenfor og velfungerende aircondition. Mulig å få enkel frokost uten varmretter fra 6.30. For øvrig er frokosten grei nok. Ligger dog et stykke utenfor sentrum, så er ikke et ideelt valg hvis en skal se/oppleve byen.

Good standard hotel, no complaints about the hotel or the hotel service as such. It's just that the location was a bit bad. You need to take bus 268 to Velica Gorica to get there.

翌日の飛行機が朝早かったので、飛行場近くのホテルということで利用。 なので、ザグレブの中心部までのアクセスは不便かと思ってましたが、ホテル前の幹線道路にバス停があり、約15分ちょっとくらいで中心部まで行けました。 途中、大きめなショッピングモールなどもありました。 バスの時刻表、中心部のトラム路線などはフロントでもらえた上に、簡単な案内もして頂けました。 快適に滞在できました。

Zimmer sind gross, sehr sauber. Alles ist sehr neu und in sehr gutem Zustand, was in Kroatien nicht immer der Fall ist. Wir haben das Hotel gebucht, da es nahe am Flughafen war.
