The hotel was well kept and service was great. The pool was small, but nice - great temperature. Breakfast was good. They had eggs and sausage along with the usual cereal and bagels. The breakfast area was full, but the staff helped us find a place to sit. The hotel is close to tons of shopping and restaurants. I really enjoyed our short visit.

Our Group , which included two families reserved three rooms for one night. We were in the Richmond area for a wedding. We checked in prior to the wedding and found that the rooms were all we could have hoped for with everything we could have needed for our one night stay.The beds were comfortable and the temperature controls easily used. The room lay-out and furniture arragements was fine but little things like limites facial tissues were annoying. The free breakfast was terrible. The coffee was lukwarm even though my husgband and I ate at different times. The sausage was "mystery" meat and the scrambled eggs were limited and cold. The muffins were cheap ones like those purcahsed from […] a "dollar" store. Apples and bananas were over-ripe. If food is so expensive due to the economy, stop offering it and decrease the room rate. This is a clean hotel with an accommodating staff. The breakfast leaves something to be desired, but is still adequate. A much cleaner facility than the SH Suites off the I-295 loop. Good for business and family travel, safe and well-lit area.

the people were super nice and super helpful. It was 8 miles from RIR but a straight shot there. The room was very comfortable. And the breakfast was wonderful.

Very good. Might think about offering an alternative to a hot breakfast in lieu of just waffels. Maybe include Eggs, sausage, bacon, home fries, etc in addition to Waffels. Give guests a choice.

It was okay the neighbors above us were running around from 6 pm until 12 am they were stomping for what reason I have no idea.. I the parking lot wasn't full so I font understand why all of the people were put into rooms so close together. The staff is really nice,friendly and moved fast. I went with a friend of mine and it was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend it to some of my friends especially since there is a cracker barrel restaurant right next door which is delicious! The rooms were clean, smelled nice, and the breakfast was great!

With all the hotels in this area, we did not know what to expect when we chose this hotel. We were surprisingly pleased with the comfort and convenience, as well as value. The iced lemon water in the lobby was an added bonus! We will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

The room was unlocked where housekeeping hadn't taken out a duster as well as not finishing the cover on the bathroom light. Indoor pool was small. Housekeeping came too early the next morning. Room was great, though.

We stayed at the Springhill Suites on a visit to Richmond to catch up with friends and visit old stomping grounds. Location was great for both easy access to downtown, south of the river and our old neighborhood in Glen Allen. There are many shops, restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet.

Very comfortable stay. Standard hotel breakfast. The location was convenient. However the pool was really small, crowded and looked to be a little dirty. I'd stay here again if I had no desire to use the pool. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive.

Perfect for my family of four. Spacious. TV area is separated from sleeping area, so it is possible to nap while others are watching TV.

Great hotel with the exception of the pool. The pool was too small and was in need of cleaning. Otherwise a great place to stay for a quick night!

My family and I were in town for the 2012 Virginia State Area High School Track and Feild. The rooms and stay were wounderful. My family really enjoyed the breakfast, and the pool. It was quite a refreshing stay. Oh, I did not metion the most inportant thing, the price was perfict!!!! Thank you for being so accommodating.

We stayed her for two nights. It was very cozy. Our only complaint was that the air would stay on all the time. We weren't sure if there was something wrong or is it just had two settings hot and cold. Other than that it was wonderful. The breakfast was nice and well stocked. Was there for U. of Richmond graduation. I've stayed at several similarly priced hotels in Richmond before and this one is the best. I think because it is the newest. You have to make one quirkey turn to find the place, but it is clean and seems to be well run.

This place was clean and close to restaurants and other places you might want to shop while out of town. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was nice the next morning. I left the room for the day at 8:30 am with the door secured when I returned at 5:30 pm my door was proped open and must have been all day by the cleaning staff. Great place to stay. The hotel was very accommodating with my request for an extended check out. The one complaint I had was that the hotel was not very busy, yet the grouped us with other customers so our rooms were all right next to each other. The other customers were very noisy.
