We were happy with the hotel . the only thing was that the shower was broken and we had to have a shower in another room all our stay execpt for the last day cause it was fixed.

Floor of toilet need cleaning. Same basket was used to hold cleaning agents and tea bags and milk and the same hand was used for both cleaning and distribution of the tea bags .

The hotel was basic but very clean (apart from a strong smell from the shower drain) beds were comfy enough and room had tea and coffee and tv breakfast was very good overall good for the price

I really enjoyed my time at the hotel. everything was well co-ordinated, the buffet breakfast isn't bad, the staff are wonderful. I will certainly stay there again when I'm next in London. very poor standard, avoid if you can. very dated beds & bedding.. thin walls can hear every snore and passing of wind from neighboring rooms. creaking floor boards.

It was ok for us staying the working week breakfast was good but no bacon just turkey ham. The one time I stayed there my bed was broken but they offered me alternative accommodation. Very clean hotel.

Good Value for money , good location only a 10 minute walk to Gants Hill Tube Station . A friendly welcome from the reception team . Clean comfortable room with a great t.v. . There was no internet connection in the room, despite me calling beforehand to check if there was internet and a printer, i was not informed of there being no internet. No explanation or apology given for this. Hotel also stunk of weed being smoked throughout. One pillow only, which was thin as paper. Recommend everyone to avoid this place.

We had read reviews but decided to give it a go anyway. wished we never ! Our room was very small on the ground floor right next to the smoking area which as it was a hot weekend we had to have window opened but peoples cigerette smoke came into our room, which being non smokers was not nice. The room itself was basic, there was NO quilt cover on the […] quilt just 2 sheets covering it, when pulled back there was a yellow- brownish stain on it...yuk....that went on the floor and only used a sheet during our stay. The shower room needed updating and shoddy diy needed fixing. The breakfast in the morning was not worth looking at let alone eating, we never bothered the second day. I stayed at room C1, The room is noisy from the movement of laundry carriage. Chair behind the window with smokers. The curtains need to changed. It can fuller and better. It barely kept sunshine away from the room in the morning because it is scanty.

Well what can I say.. the bed squeaked. Bearly slept as every little movement was met with the sound of squeaking. The bathroom was decorated horribly. Had to leave a cash deposit for keys which wasnt said at time of booking. Also the breakfast was awful. the bacon tasted more like poor ham.

This hotel fails to meet the basic requirement for safety and cleanliness. There were holes in the floor, due to rot, in the bathroom and a pervasive musty smell. Taps were not fastened to the sink. As such I had no higher expectation but even my lower expectation were not met what i had. I was not told in which flat my room was. I was given a room in the ground-floor which i did not want. Great location for Valentine Mansion weddings etc. Staff friendly and accommodating although my brother wanted another pillow for his son and was refused. The ironing board collapsed, so probably could do with some new ones!breakfast plentiful and relaxed.

This was a great location ,however the staff were ok on the eat in but abrupt PB the departure ,our room had sticky carpets and there was poor drainage from the sink ,a good investment is needed to bring this up to speed

Although we specified a family room sleeping 2 adults & 3 children, there were only 4 beds! I had to sleep on the floor!!! Very small room, no wardrobe. However very clean and all staff friendly. Breakfast was good although most residents seemed to arrive together at 8:30 30 minutes before breakfast last sitting. Found the area very quiet and enjoyed my stay.

I don't want to be too disparaging about the hotel as it is at the budget end and presented very good value for money. It is somewhat tired and has the shabby but not neccesarily the chic. Overall the Park Hotel is really good value for money. The staff are very attentive and friendly, the room we had was very clean and comfortable; apart from the draughty windows which as it was very cold outside we were not very warm inside.
