Staybridge Suites Jacksonville - Jacksonville

This was the best hotel we ever stayed in. The room was so clean and comfortable. You had everything there you needed. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was awesome. I've never stayed and a staybridge suites before, but will be looking for them on our next trip.

I have stayed in a few Staybridge hotels in Atlanta. This was not up to par like in Atlanta. The comfort and space was great. But, a spot was on the spread(bleach stains), the chairs at breakfast nook had several stains and the arm of livingroom chair was torn. The breakfast eggs were cold. The room was comfortable and clean. The layout of the room with a small kitchen area made it feel like home. The furniture and decor were lovely. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. I really love this hotel and their staff. Great that Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights they serve a dinner for their guests. Since I was here for business those nights, it makes it very convenient. It was nice to be recognized by manager when I returned after the day. I will be staying here for my monthly trips to Jacksonville.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. I had never heard of it before, but it was very nice. Clean as a whistle, with a kitchenette that I had not expected. I also was surprised that they had a pantry and grills on the patio where you could cook your own dinner. I've stayed at a lot of Hampton Inns, But this is a step above.

The hotel and staff were very nice. Expedia needs to update their site on this particular hotel. I requested a smoking room and was granted one by Expedia. The hotel is a non smoking hotel. I would have stayed somewhere else, had I known.

Rooms were clean, well-equipped, and nicely decorated - appreciated the option for non-feather pillows! Breakfast options were good and free dinner on Tues - Thurs was a nice surprise. No problems, room was very clean and tidy. Only negative regarding my stay would be the not so friendly front desk help. Otherwise experience was nice and I would stay at Staybridge again. Actually, its my 2nd stay, my choice when I am in the Jacksonville area.

Really cute location with tons of surrounding restaurants and shopping. Quick access to JTB and 9A. It's tucked away in a nice neighborhood. Check out time is at noon.. And breakfast was ok, but free so no complaints here!

This hotel has it all, beautiful wooded outside pool, great breakfast, friendly desk clerks, CLEAN and comfortable. Very close to everything in a nice safe area with restaurants closeby. I was extremely happy with this suite during a 3 day stay.

I was welcomed upon arrival and was able to get checked in and to my room in a very timely manner. Going through the hotel I found the place clean and guest friendly. I was a little nervous about booking a stay at an unknown hotel brand, however I trusted the reviews I read on Hotels.com. Well, I was not disappointed. For the price, I wasn't counting on much, but this place exceeded my expectations! It really is like a home away from home. All new suites. The kitchen is sweet, complete with dinnerware and a stove top. Two flat screens! Convenient to shopping. movies, even downtown for the Jags game! Coming back one day.

Visiting family in Jacksonville this hotel was not only convenient but reasonable in rate as well. The breakfast was great, had hot waffles. Limited dinner available Tues.-Thurs. was alright for a quick bite. Bed very comfortable, flat screen tv sofa, etc. I would definitely stay here again.

This is the best hotel stay I have ever experienced in Jacksonville. The staff was very courteous and friendly. Our room was immaculate! I truly felt like I was at home. I booked it with a special offer, the price is awesome. My family stayed here for 3 nights, it's comfortable and convenient to the nearby restaurants and plaza. The staffs are very nice. The breakfast is great. A good place for the family vacation. It's about 10 minutes drive to downtown.
