Fun place to stay. Great decor with an artistic theme, nice staff and a super location. Walk to the visitors center, across the street from the park.

The hotel is close to many of the attractions in Columbus and most importantly the Visitor's Center if you are planning on taking any of the tours that they offer. I'm not sure about other lodging in the area, but none of them seemed as close with exception of one B&B. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. This hotel was a nice place to stay. It was very open, bright and colorful. The staff was nice, the rooms were clean and the house dog, Miles, was an awesome addition to this fun experience. The only down-side for us is adjoining rooms would have been nice.

The hotel was great. Be aware that this site, map sites, and GPS directions show the wrong location! Following those directions lands you nowhere near the hotel. Just call and get directions from the hotel staff when you get into town. Hotel reports they've tried to get this corrected.

We loved staying at the Hotel Indigo! We were visiting family who just relocated to Columbus and enjoyed being in the town. We did a driving tour to see many of the great buildings and want to return to see more of the wonderful architecture.

Coolest hotel ever! Fantastic modernist decor. Great service. Everything within walking distance. Miles is the best dog. I am not getting carried away. This hotel really deserves all the superlatives.

3 days, 2 nights with my 2 miniature schnauzers. Loved the hotel. Very clean, and I loved that the rooms had hardwood floors (especially with pets). I'd gladly stay there again with or without my pets. Great decor.

This was a very nice place to stay. Very clean and the staff in the restaraunt was extremely nice and accomadating. I have only one complaint and that is there is a very strange smell in the hallways and in the lobby. One other woman at the elevator commented on it as well. It smelled like a mechanical smell like oil or grease. We did notice that the […] door for the mechanical room for the elevator was open on the main floor our whole stay. I have a very sensitive nose and I couldn't help but say something to my husband everytime we came in the lobby or out to the elevator. Overall the hotel was very nice. Eclectic decor which is a fresh change from the routine hotel room. Location is near many things, most within walking distance. Beds were a bit firm. If you like to sleep-in be sure to put your Do not disturb sign out because housekeeping shows up before 9.

The hotel gave another guest my prepaid handicapped accessible room just before I arrived. They solved the problem by splitting up our party into two seperate rooms, which meant my children had to stay in a room by themselves in a room at the other end of the hallway. The hotel required that I put down a damage deposit because i had prepaid for my room, […] and then refused to turn the room phone on because I had only put cash down and had not given them a chargecard! I loved the design of this hotel; the room is absolutley gorgeous!!! I just wish they had longer pool hours and a refrigerator and microwave in each room. I also LOVED that it was pet friendly.

Stayed two nights at the Indigo. It's a nice hotel, quiet, and comfortable. The folks at the front desk were very friendly, and you can even pet Miles, the official four-legged greeter. If you don't like bright colors and interesting, off-the-wall decor, you might want to look elsewhere. The hotel had a modern theme. It was very clean, comfortable, easily accessible to locations we wanted to visit. People were friendly and the rooms were nice. I would recommend it highly. The only negative was their wasn't much of a view since it backed up to the back loading dock of the post office..

Very clean and comfortable. Convenient to downtown area and restaurants. Easy to walk to business district. Would certainly consider staying here again.

The service was very friendly and helpful. This was the first time I stayed in the Hotel Indigo, but I will definitely look to the Indigo as an option in other cities when I travel.

We were a little nervous seeing pets as we hadn't known this was a "pet friendly" hotel. But other than visual seeing Miles, the hotel pet, there was no other evidence of animals. The rooms were luxurious and the decor was ver modern. We loved this hotel and will be looking for Hotel Indigos in the future.

I abosolutely love this hotel! Just a gorgeous, exciting space, rooms are beautiful and comfortable, and the bathroom is luxurious. We couldn't have been happier with our stay here at Hotel Indigo Columbus. The location is ideal - walking distance to the city's architectural district, Mill Race Park, and dozens of boutiques and art galleries. Also, the Edinburgh Factory Outlet mall is just a few minutes drive away. I read reviews stating problems with the noise due to the hardwood […] floors but we didn't experience any of that. Actually, we preferred the wood floors - the musty and dirty smells in most hotels are due in large part to the carpeting which is rarely cleaned. The room was quiet, clean, and cozy. We had a standard room and it was just fine for the two of us - not too big or too small. The pool and jacuzzi were immaculate. We didn't use the gym but we were impressed with the quality of equipment there. We will definitely stay at this hotel if there is one at our future destinations. Pročitajte više

What a pleasant suprise! The room was very comfortable and had a balcony. This was a great weekend getaway.

If you're headed to Columbus for business or pleasure and are in need of a place to stay, then Hotel Indigo is it! It's clean, comfortable and close to everything! They even take pets! The only problems were that the bed was to high and the toilet too low. Other than that, it was excellent

We had a terrific time in the peaceful, artistic surroundings. The entire hotel was immaculately clean. Our beds were extremely comfortable. Pool and hot tub were refreshing. Everyone in our party continued to thank me for finding such an awesome place for such a reasonable price. We are making plans to return next spring!

This was our first stay in a Hotel Indigo and we enjoyed it. I would call it Ikea style, sort of Scandinavian decor. This hotel was amazing. The staff was wonderful and the dog as a greeting guest is a wonderful idea. The price was very reasonable for the amenities the hotel provided. I really enjoyed the pool, the gym, and the dining area. Everything was very modern and felt very spa like. Would definitely stay here again and again.

We loved Hotel Indigo. It was clean, easy to find, everyone was helpful. The rooms are very cool contemporary and comfortable. The bar keeper could have been a little friendlier, but overall an A.

HOTEL INDIGO WAS EXTREMELY MODERN AND CONTEMPORARY. THIS IS THE FIRST HOTEL I HAVE STAYED IN THAT HAD LAMINATE FLOORING INSTEAD OF CARPET BUT I AWOKE UNCONGESTED AND SLEPT GREAT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.
