Only criticism is because of price is usually busy , with family's and breakfasts are typical of mid-level American motels could be better. I was here for holly week and loved it. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location superb. The taxi services they offer really are worth it. We made several trips to surrounding areas and our driver s were courteous and served as your guides as well. I would definitely stay there again!

Hotel does not have swimming pool, Existing Pictures show like Rooms has 2 room, But that's a close with a Mirror that makes that illusion.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room very spacious. Furniture in room not very appealing or comfortable. Bathroom towels very stiff and scrathcy feeling. No one helped me with my bags when I checked in. Lightning in room leaves a little to be desired. Breakfast the same everyday, noit much variety.

Hotel is nice and in a great location. Nice bars and restaurants right downstairs and also 5 minute taxi ride to Parque Lleras where the nightlife is. The staff were friendly, as usual, this was my second time staying there. The rooms are nice and well kept. The only complaint was that it seems there was a problem with the elevators. We waited over […] five minutes for the elevator to arrive. We were on the 17th floor so we didn't feel like walking down the 17 flights and there was no a/c in the hallways so we didn't have a comfortable wait for the elevator. This didn't happen the first time I stayed but the staff didn't mention why it happened this time. Overall a quality hotel experience in a nice location in a fantastic city. We arrived very late at night. Check in was a breeze. Front desk was great and very nice. Arriving that late, we were very happy, it all went so smoothly. The room was nice, spatious, clean, well organized. There's a minibar with drinks and some snacks. We didn't use it, except for a bottle of water, but arriving that late, it was comforting to see […] there's some supplies, just in case. The only small issue we had, was that maintenance would leave 2 large towels, instead of 3. And one time a cleaning glove was left in the bathroom. No big deal. Didn't bother us. The bathroom was nice, and shower was great. Breakfast was good enough for us. Some people may like a more elaborate breakfast, or breakfast to order, but for us it was good enough. The location was just excelent. Very nice surroundings, and within 2 minutes walking distance of two major malls. There's also always a taxi in front of the hotel.We also had to check out very early in the morning,again, check out was a breeze. Front desk was very fluent in english.Always ready to answer any question(of the hotel, taxi, or surroundings etc). The only thing we would like to see different is the policy, of no refund, in case you need to cancel your rsrvtion.That almost had us NOT booking this hotel.We decided to take the risk this time.We know there are other good hotels in the area,we'd like to try the next time, simply for different experience. Good hotel for its price. My only issue is that they double charged me since I prepaid through Hotels.com and they charged me again. A phone call to their accounting department solved the issue. Well located hotel at El Poblado, niecest place to be when you travel to Medellin. There´s a supermaket near by and since there´s a kitchenet at the room you´re able to buy food in case you don´t want to spend at restaurants. There are two malls nearby and traveling to historical places is really easy, by bus, metro, taxi or by walk.

The room was bigger than I had imagined it. Breakfast that we purchased ahead of time was well worth it. Food was good and fresh. Nice hot water. Great view from our room. Nice big window. Overall my expectations were met and passed. Great location for Food, shopping, and nightlife. You really don't need a car uness you want to go sightseeing.

The only problem I had was at checkout in yhat I paid for the hotel on-line and was doub;e charged when I checked out. I am still attempting to get the cost removed from my bill. That was very discouraging and a big hassle.
