A very pleasant stay! Location was great for it is near the domestic as well as the International Airports too. The great thing about this hotel is Robinson's Galleria mall is adjacent to it and there are 3 more mall very near by. It has a wonderfully spa with reasonable prices. The breakfast is a buffet, but be sure when you get a room it is with breakfast […] included specially if you are a morning person you won't be sorry it is good with lots of variety. And if you are not a morning person just get the room w/o breakfast and just walk through the walkway to the mall by 10:00 am and have breakfast at the mall where you can choose whatever you desire. I did have a small issue with the shower not being hot enough and it took a couple of times to get it right but in the end Owen moved me to a new room and the problem was resolved. "Reasonable hotel in the middle of everywhere"
The hotel is in good condition and clean. Only issue is, it is not sound proof. I could hear the traffic outside and since it is normal to use horns while driving in Manila, it was difficult to sleep with the noise. They need to change the glass windows to make sound proof. We were very happy we chose this hotel, staff were very helpful and very corteous. The room was very clean, although some of the cabinets need some updating as I notice there were a lot of scratches they were clean though. I spent four nights in the executive suite and my wife and I had our wedding reception in the Emerald Room. The service was outstanding. Overall good place to stay. Convenient location. Clean, Comfortable.
