I was disappointed. I thought we were staying at a quality hotel but under all furniture was dirty. We found Pringles and other garbage under the bed and under dressers. Peppermill is one of our favorite hotels in Reno. We stay there whenever we can. We would stay there every time we'll up in Reno if it allows small dogs. Love the restaurants in the hotel. Just plain old LOVE everything about this hotel. Thank you!

Upon arrival we were upgraded to a tower suite at no additional cost. The room was superb. The lavatory was beautifully tiled. It featured a walk-in shower and a jacuzzi. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Housekeeping staff did come knocking a bit early, however, at 0800-ish after a long night in the casino and a checkout time of noon...

The room was clean and staff was courteous. Will definitely stay here again. Didn't win much in the casino, but enjoyed the fact it wasn't too crowded and there was the convenience of many restaurants. My kids were there for a basketball tourney so I liked the fact that there was a kids arcade for them.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable, we loved the food at Biscotti's and Cafe Milano, and the Fireside Lounge was a very warm and cozy place to relax!

Have stayed here many times the past two years. We are always impressed with the service and friendliness of the staff at the hotel and restaurants. Our rooms have always been excellent, regardless of which wing we stayed in. If you like a really plush room, try the Tuscani Tower rooms.

Room service did not adequately clean the room, change sheets, etc. Getting to the room required taking an elevator to the 3rd floor, walking down a long hall, then taking another elevator to the 2nd floor, since the tower did not have a direct access. The Tuscany Suites are so beautiful. Everything about our stay was wonderful. The restaurants were good and had a great variety for the ten of us in our party. Every time were in Reno, the Peppermill will be the hotel we stay out.

We arent gamblers but were quoted a good price to stay here so we gave it a try. We were given a room in the older part of the hotel (2nd floor of the North wing) It was noisy all night and early morning right outside our window because of carts being rolled to the shredder truck. This was a great room for the price! Huge bathroom, double sinks, marble floors, great beds, great TV. Would definitely stay there again. If I had any complaints, it would be with the single cup coffee maker. Made the mistake of plugging it in before adding the water.

The room was awesome, but some things could have been a little bit cleaner. The couch in our room was dirty and needed to be cleaned up some. We did love the size of the room plus we were given an upgraded room from what we booked. Overall our stay here was awesome and we will for sure be back again soon.

Rooms are nicely decorated and clean. Many outlets in the room do not work and there are very few. Fan and AC are noisy, the old fashioned type. First time to stay in the Tuscany Tower. Super nice! Love this hotel. Only thing was it was pretty crowded and I don't think they were quite geared up for it as there were not a lot of employees. At the pool, no chairs to sit and no bar open outside and no cocktail service. A little too early for summer? We were only in for the night, everything else was booked. I was hesitant because of the price of the room, it was bumped up higher than normal but we had no other choice. We booked online and our first room was far away, and we had to take 2 elevators, a skywalk and stairs to reach a small, dark room with a view of the trash. We went back, paid 30.00 dollars more and got a nice room in the Tower. I will only book in the tower rooms.

The Ppeppermill was recently renovated and the appearance of the Suite in the Tuscany Tower was very nice. I enjoyed the tub soak in the oversized jet tub before bed. The two head shower was nice as well. Since there are a variety of restaurants and bars, it is easy to find someplace for a quick snack or meal. Since it is a Casino, the public areas […] on the Peppermill side were on the noisy side. If you want a break from the noise, try the Biscotti restaurant and bar on the Tuscany Tower side. The room was nice and close to our event. We had a Jacuzzi suite. The issues I had were that the bed was quite high, and being at the end of a hallway, the wireless internet was almost non existent. Overall, I would recommend it, and I plan to stay again next time I visit.

Wow - when someone rates the Tuscany suites and says they can't believe the quality of the room (and the entire hotel) for the price - believe it! I swear the Tuscany suite ($120 on H.com) was nicer than the Venetian hotel in Vegas....!

Peppermill is probably one of the nicest hotels in Reno. We also went to harrah's, El Dorado, and Circus circus, but peppermill was by far superior. The buffet was good, and so were the other restaurants. The rooms were very clean, although the hallways smelled of cigarettes, but i guess they are all coming from the casino downstairs. The Tuscany tower […] seemed nicer, but we stayed at the other tower. The gym was very nice, and the club was nice as well. Although the casino took my money, I will definately go back if i had to go back to Reno. The location is not great, but good enough to get to the center of the city w/ a $10 cab ride. It was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had. Fri. night room next door had t.v. blaring at 11:oo p.m. so called front desk.they send they would send someone up.They never came.Sat. night,the same thing. It took 3 calls to front desk to get someone to get the t.v. turned off next door.
