I really enjoyed my stay and I loved my stay and I will definitely use this hotel again.

I was excited to hear that this hotel served more than the typical continental breakfast! However, the food could have been better! The scrambled eggs were not tasty, and even adding salt did not help it. There were also boiled eggs available, but they were hard as rocks. And the sausage patties were not very good - no taste. The belgian waffles were […] very good. Unfortunately, only one of the two waffle irons were working, so there was a long line. The oatmeal was good, too. The breakfast workers were not very attentive- several times people had to ask for cups, plates, etc. Also, the breakfast workers started cleaning up around 9:30a.m. even though, breakfast did not end until 10 o'clock. So if you got there after 9:30, you had to ask for cups and plates, and food. This seemed to make the workers upset, because they had to go in the back to bring more things out. My entire family stayed for several nights. Combined we occupied 8+ rooms so I believe I have a food understanding of this hotel. It is in dire need of refreshing. The desk staff was very polite. However, she wasn't able to supply adequate towels for the four of us in a timely manner during the second day of our stay. The housekepper removed the dirty towels but did not replace them. I first asked the housekeeper for them and she promised to bring them. When she did not bring them, I called the desk clerk. Very nice hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Will stay here again. There were only three towels for four people to use, but when asked, they delivered another to our room promptly. Could use a little more water pressure in shower.

We were in hampton for a family event and spent the weekend and Springhill Suites.The hotel was very nice. We enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were all very nice and friendly. When I go back to Hampton Va. I will stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was a little hard to find being not directly at the exit but behind a shopping center. The front counter staff were very friendly and even helped with finding a good restaurant in the area. The hotel I believe had very few guests with only a handful of cars present during anytime of the day or night that I came back and forth from my appointments. My husband & I frequently have reason to travel to small to midsize US cities; SpringHill Suites is our choice for modern, clean, spacious, comfortable & affordably priced accommodations. We have only 2 citicisms: 1) the feather bed pillows are so SOFT that they do not provide adequate head/neck support, even when 3 or more are stacked on top of one […] another; 2) the room doors are so close to one another that hallway noise can easily be overheard if guests are seated in the lounge end of their rooms. The hotel was nice. Room was very nice. The only reason I marked 4 on room cleanliness was because toilet was not cleaned well. The sign was a bit hidden so I passed it & had to turn around. My family and I just stayed here and had several issues....the keys for the room didn't work, we had to go to the desk from the 5th floor several times to get keys so we could get in. The lamp in the living room area didn't have a working light bulb. The TV remote didn't work, the batteries had to be changed. There were no linens for the sofa bed the […] night we arrived, and no one could help us in getting those linens until the following morning. Employees were friendly and helpful. The sleeper sofa could use a new mattress but overall a nice and clean room. The breakfast surprised me because they had eggs, sausage and pancakes in addition to the waffle makers. I'd recommend. It's about 20 or so miles to VA Beach but not a bad drive. The rate was reasonable for the King Suite.

If you like contemporary decor this hotel is for you. The couch was a little uncomfortable and the hotel is a little hidden behind another hotel. All and all it was a nice, clean hotel. The swimming pool area was under repair while we were there so that was disappointing.

This hotel has modern styling (colors and decor). Our room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was awesome -- with eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, etc.!! Front desk help was friendly and efficient. Located close to several major roads, the Hampton Coliseum, and minutes to many major restaurants, this hotel earns a solid "A" for value.

Great hotel for business or family. Loved the indoor pool and hot tub. Included breakfast is a huge step above the usual "continental" fare. This will be my choice whenever I have business in the Hampton Roads area!

Who was first??? the EGG or the CHICKEN?? This Hotel is located directly in Back of a Hilton??? Why soooo close.. Surely the prime spot is out front.. As for Hotel staff... The hotel was nice. I liked how spacious the room was. We had plenty of room to put up our pack n play and still move around. The breakfast was a little lacking. You had to stand in line for a while to make your own waffles, but they only had two waffle irons, and each waffle took 3 minutes. All in all, it was a nice experience.
