We reserved a non-smoking room. It wreaked of smoke but we were assured it was non-smoking. No shampoo/conditioner/hair dryer. Dirty towels and trash in the hall. Had to plunge the dysfunctional toilet myself after rudely interrupting the front desk by asking for a plunger. Breakfast was non-existent, nasty coffee, 2 of 3 containers were empty, when […] we told the front desk she removed one container and shut the door changing the sign to read "out of the office". I probably will never stay there again. I am glad I only had to pay for one night of the 2 because I had a free night to use. Unfortunately, I'm sorry I had to waste the free night on that hotel. Maintenance has not been done recently. The side of the bathroom vanity was pealing, some of the wallpaper was beginning to peal. The furniture was old and […] the rug was old. The Hotel has seen better days. Stained Carpets and Wall Paper, looks more like a barracks or dorm.

The first night of our stay was not quiet; a lot of noise from adjoining room. The hotel also needs refurbishing and more attention paid to cleaning - chairs were stained; walls in bathroom were dirty looking, etc. Would not stay again.

Not the best hotel but you Getty what you pay for. The hotel smelled like smoke, i think it was the carpet it really needs to be replaced. I won't stay at that hotel again but if i go to another state i will try that hotel again to see if different.

The first problem was that the hotel has changed their name to Extended stay hotel which made it difficult to find. Also, there is no room service at this location so my room was not attended to my entire stay. There also was garbage bags and dirty linens that other guest dumped in the hall way that sat there for two days.

I had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and the staff was great. The only problem is you could hear all the movement above you.

It helped save money for food because it supplied a kitchenet. Be prepared to hear noise above you if your on the bottom floor; depending on your neighbor. No bugs, no dirty towels, no dirty sheets. The best part was the gym within walking distance from the hotel.

Rooms are always clean. Hotel property is well maintained and after-hours is quiet. WIreless access is adequate to above average. Great for Business Travel!

I like the amentities the room had to offer. I wished I had made plans to stay longer to utilize the stove and the full size refigerator. I am NOT a smoker and I was given a smoker room and the hallway and my room smelled cigarett smoke. Thank God I don't suffer with upper respiratory condition because I would have been sick. very unsatisfied with the hotel arrive had to request a different room the hall carpet had a smell the entire time of mold and smoke the furniture were fility . no room service if you stayed in the extended suite .after haveing to change the room just horrible .

The hotel was as I expected for the price. The room was clean, but the kitchen needed some extra cleaning. The service was excellent and courteous. It was close to Charlotte and that was a plus. Thanks!

Room smelled bad. Bed was very uncomfortable, we rolled to the low center. A/C was too hot or too cold, no steady comfort. Staff very freindly and helpful. No amenities in room at all other than tqwels that aren't changed during entire stay. No room cleaning. Coffee machine but that is not restocked after first use.

I've never stayed at a Studio Plus before but I would definitely stay at this location again. The room looked a little dated but it was very clean and for the price that's the only criticism I can give. Pleasant check in experience.

Old hotel, OLD rooms. Service was ok. Despite the age of the building, the comfort of the room was ok. Not great. Oven so small it burns your food. No ice machines, no maid service. You get what you pay for. Just ok.

This hotel was well-kept and had everyhing we needed; there was dish soap and coffee in the kitchen and there was enough towels. It was clean enough but there was a bit of a musty smell. So other than that this was a decent place.

I was satisfied with the hotel room, but that's all. Since we were on a budget, I won't complain too much. Just a few issues -- the mattress kept sliding off of the boxsprings. The floor we were on was non smoking but reeked of smoke. We were supposed to have a sleeper sofa and ended up not even getting a sofa. I understand room preferences aren't guaranteed […] but this was very disappointing to us as that's what we were looking for. The room was clean, pretty quiet for such a busy area, and the area was very convenient for us. The pool was small but clean. We had an issue with our lock that staff promptly took care of. The hotel was okay. It was fairly easy to find, and not too far from shopping. Although we were in a non-smoking room, it was obvious to us that the room hadn't always been a non-smoking room, part of the reason we chose to check out early, once business concluded ahead of schedule. having a kitchen help alot in saving money. the staff was very helpful and when we left an item there they were more then happy to shipped the item to our house, great service. If we every go back to charleston we will be staying there.
