Excellent on everything. The only side that could improve is the service of the reception. sometimes when I talk to them they just stare at their computer without even looking at me for five seconds.

The hotel manager was most helpful even before wee left UK. Once we were in the hotel, the staff was very pleasant and always helpful to sort out any questions we had. They helped us with tours, car hire etc. this was getaly appreciated by us travelling with two little boys and a baby. This was the best vacation we have had in years! The staff was very friendly and helped us schedule soem great tours. Pool was great, we were a little way off the Esplanade, so it was quiet. Everything was clean and neat - accommodations were comfortable. Wish I had the $$$ to go back to Ausytralia agin - would definitely stay here!

Absolutely amazing accomodation. Excellent pool, great facilities nearby for kids, 10 minute stroll into town. Friendly staff. Room was clean , spacious, fully stocked kitchen with every white good. Highly recommended Brilliant

Amazing hotel suited to everybody. A group of six stayed in the 3 bedroom apartments and had everything we could possibly need for a short (or long) holiday. Amazing big balcony and kitchen, with easy pool access. Each bedroom had air conditioning as did the lounge room. A 5 minute stroll into town where you can find everything you could possibly need. The […] stand out for this hotel was the Manager. Very relaxed and easy going. The rules and conditions were laid down from the start and after that there were no troubles to be had and management were more than happy to accommodate with a later check out upon request. We booked the swim-out apartment but it was a great disappointment because the pool was too deep to stand up on to play with the kids. It was 1.6m to 1.8m deep at our balcony and the pool was not heated. The daily room service was poor with only the beds made and the tidying of bathroom and kitchen almost nonexistent.

Very pleasing stay. Would make one suggestion - Kitchen sink area and toilets need to be thoroughly cleaned under and around hidden ledge areas where most germs like to build up. ie: where the bench top edges hang over the sink and up under the lip in the toilet pan. Beautiful apartment, excellent condition, pure pleasure. Housekeeping could work better though. We stayed for one week and only towels were changed, beds made and rubbish taken out daily, no vacuuming at all.

Fantastic stay, we had a swim out room, there were 6 of us, apartment was very modern, extremely clean, had everything there we needed and the pool was perfect, location was also very good. Would deffinately stay there again.

Minimum service rendered. Basically they only make your bed. Hotel staff was only friendly upon check-in. After that it is just so so and it went unacceptable at the very end when we checked out. Upon check-out, hotel staff said they would charge AUD200 for us not putting the used dishes into the dish washer, and not throwing out the garbage bag. Neither […] did the hotel mentioned to us as a requirement on the part of the guests upon check-in. And make no mistake, we did not litter in the room. We did put the waste into a plastic bag and tied it. But hotel staff called our room “disgusting”, which we found extremely unfair and insulting! In the end, the hotel did not charge the money. But it made everyone of us upset. Not the way you would like to wrap up your holiday. We will definitely not come back and recommend to any friend. My enemy maybe. Pročitajte više

今回は娘家族と私達で６名の宿泊でした。部屋は広く、ベランダも広くよかったのですが、2階でしたので海の眺望はイマイチでした。炊飯器があったのにはびっくりでした。また洗濯乾燥機が不調でした。コンドミニアムの前の公園は小さい子供には最適の公園でした。

객실은 매우 만족할 만한 컨디션이었지만 호텔 위치가 케언즈 라군이나 리프 터미널, 시티 중심과는 조금 거리가 있어서 꽤 많이 걸어다녀야 했던게 조금 불편했습니다. 마트로 장보러 나가려고 해도 좀 걸어야되고.....하루이틀정도는 경치구경하면서 산책할 만한 거리정도 입니다. 서비스는 나름 친절했고 호텔 pool이 매우 좋습니다ㅎㅎ swim out룸으로 잡으시면 객실 베란다를 통해 수영장으로 바로 다이빙할 수 있습니다

広くて美しい部屋、二つのバスルーム、フルキッチン、食器キッチン家電やディスポーザーまでフル装備、快適でした。プールも美しく、市街部にも5分歩けばつきます。レセプションの方も親切でした。唯一ハウスキーピングがアパートメントということで、not full でした。 また利用したいです。

非常に快適に過ごせました。これに無線LANがあれば完璧です。スタッフも親切でした。部屋の目の前が公園で、その先に海が見えるのも良かったです。

　友人たちと6人で３ベッドルームを利用しました。５階の部屋で、正面には子供向けの公園、その向こうに海が見えます。部屋には完璧なキッチン（炊飯器や調理器具、食器も揃っていました）とジャグジー付のバスタブのあるバスルームが１つとシャワーだけのバスルームが１つありました。アイロンや洗濯機、乾燥機、掃除機などたいていのものはそろっていました。部屋の鍵と一緒にガレージのシャッターのリモコンをくれるので地下の駐車場に車をとめられます。ベッドタイプの希望をリクエストしたら、２つの部屋はシングルベッド２台にしてくれました。３ベッドの部屋でも鍵は２つしかもらえません。エレベーターを動かすにも鍵がいるので、安心ではありますが、不便でもあります。 　ベランダにも照明や天井ファンがついていて、６人掛けのテーブルもあ […] るので朝食などに利用しました。もちろん海岸沿いに歩いていけばレストランもたくさんあります。また朝食は向かいの公園の中のお店でもOK。ナイトマーケットまでは数ブロックありますが、ぶらぶら歩くのも楽しかったですし、我々はカジノまでも歩きました。 　アサートン高原やグリーン島などへでかけてばかりでせっかくのホテルのプールを利用する時間がなかったのが残念でした。 　それからこのコンドミニアムはコンドにしては珍しく、毎日タオルの交換（換えてほしいタオルはバスタブに入れておく）とベッドメイクをしてくれるので、気持ちよくすごせました。 Pročitajte više
