my wife and I really like the room. The only flaws we saw where the windows in the bathroom which was right above the shower and the pipes running through the hotel room and it made it look a little tacky. "renovation not quite completed"
If you are used to 1 room only then you will appreciate the extra living room kitchenette area. The hotel did major renovation and is very clean, appliances are all new but they didn't address the windows or the A/C system. There is a moldy smell in the whole hotel .The windows are from the 1950's and open with a tourniquet, none of the windows would […] close shut. We had to put pillows to muffle the outside noise and try to insulate the room. The a/c is a noisy wall unit which blast the bedroom with cold air but leaves the rest of the place warm.No screens on back windows so mosquitoes heaven in summer for sure.There was a mistake on the bill at check out time and they charged me for a pet staying in the room when we don't even have one.This issue is still not solved . "Mostly a great stay."
The outside needs some updating and we kept having a problem with our room keys. We literally had about 15-20 new keys made for a 5 day stay. We aren't sure why our keys kept getting de-activated but they were really nice at the desk. Another problem was, the website stated we were getting a 2 bedroom 2 bath, so we assumed it would be 2 full baths including […] a shower. We had only 1 shower for 6 people, so it was inconvenient but manageable. We were also not as close to the actual beach as we thought we would be. The positives.. The interior of the rooms were really nice, clean and updated. The staff was very accommodating and friendly; They also gave us some great tips for attractions and dining and provided us with the name & number of a free taxi company (they work for tips). The breakfast was good, as there were quite a few options; They had snacks available also for purchase. Overall it was a very great stay for they money. Enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were clean and had good space. The pool area was nicely done. The staff was nice and the breakfast was adequate. Although we did not use it, it looks lovely. For those who are looking for the things we enjoy in travel this will suite you. If you are looking for a 5 gold star, beach front luxury hotel this is not that. One drawback we did have with this visit our The lid on our toilet seat was missing--quite odd. We called for help or a plunger as our bathtub drained very slow but no one showed. All the while the room still met our needs. The king size bed we had was comfy, fresh and clean. This hotel has been recently remodeled and everything in our room was new. The room was clean and now has central air (no more window units). The hotel is close to the road so there is a lot of road noise especially by the pool. The staff were friendly and were very helpful. Great little hotel just on the other side of the bridge from siesta key. Room 120 was just renovated and it was a very nice suite. The only drawback was the AC unit could not cool the bedroom/bathroom on the back side of the suite.Autentične Expedia recenzije gostiju

"Great Nights Sleep"
Loved our stay! The room was comfortable and the beds were truly amazing, we all slept like babies. Ellentown outlet mall was only 20 mins. away, where we were able to get some fantastic deals for back to school. "reasonable for a night but not my first choice"
Staff was very nice...was not within walking distance to the beach..room was somewhat old and run down. Carpet and leather furniture very stained but they were doing renovations so maybe we didn't have an upgraded room. I would stay here again only if I couldn't find a nicer place that is a reasonable price. It was sufficient for the cheaper price and […] just to stay one night or so. "Nice hotel - needs a good carpet cleaning!!"
Hotel was a good fit our family of four and pet - separate living room with a sofa sleeper and a kitchen. Great price and location - near beach, dining, shops. Dated decor, however hotel currently undergoing renovations. My only complaint is the carpet (in bedroom only, living room and kitchen are linoleum). It was absolutely filthy - appeared to not […] have been cleaned in a very long time. Despite renovations occurring in other areas of the hotel, a good carpet cleaning would go a long way in the rooms not yet renovated. Very nice for motel setting. My only complaint is that the bedroom was stuffy. AC vents in front room not able to reach back room where the bed is so if you need a cooler atmosphere you will not be happy here unless you sleep in front room pullout which is not comfortable.Autentične Hotels.com recenzije gostiju
