Pros: Clean, good quality appliances in room, staffs at front desk are nice and friendly, bedroom and living room are seprate which is an exellent choice for family stay. Cons: A little far to access to highway, no shopping mall around, low quality breakfast and coffee.

We really enjoyed our first stay in December 2011. Our second stay in October of 2012 was fine, but we really noticed a decline in the upkeep - stains on corridor carpets and on the furniture in the room. Very good value for money however note it states max room occupancy is 5 when in reality it is only 4 so I had to sleep on the floor!!!

People are just great and very kind so kind that you think they are following some kind of text book created by hilton the employees are so beautiful people but seem to be worried about the upper management decisions about their performances that they forget the human nature of being them selves...its o.k to follow procedures and respect the organisations […] means but we felt the non welcoming human nature of getting to know us and not one person asked us why we were visiting this area and what were are intentions of our visit. You see Staybridge suites recomended your establishement and we are happy to have stayed at such a fine place where staff were present at all our needs. Just maybe we needed a little human nature to help us profit outside the hotel.Breaking the ice as we say in my line of work...Ask your clients human questions on their visit and get the info on places to visit and see why they are there also ticket avalibility for tourist sites would have saved us hours of research and driving to Comfort inn to buy tickets..anyway the first 15 mins a client arrives in your establishement will decide his liking to your place and possible return. As we wish to thank staff members present during our visit we will be returning back to Markham next summer as we have for the past 7 years.As to what hotel we havent decided yet. We stayed in a two bedroom suite and the room was much smaller than thought. Day shift hotel staff were very helpful, but housekeeping quality really need to improve. Overall a pleasant stay.

Although access was through an industrial estate the hotel and area it was in were superb. Hotel offered breakfast and a managers dinner Monday to Thursday which helped to keep costs down. Don't forget to visit Unionville old township for a stroll down small town Canada memory lane.

Typically, I think Homewood suites caters to longer stay business travelers. On our recent visit to Toronto we decided to stay at this hotel for its reasonable rates and closer proximity to the Ontario Science Center. We felt very welcome among the business travelers. The hotel was great for people with allergies, with no dies and perfumes and sheets were sleepable without rewashing. One of our party found the beds soft but the rest of us were happy.

Room was either too hot or too cold. The bed was too soft and hurt my back, the comforter was hotter than hell itself. Hotel staff were great and supportive and friendly. The breakfast wasn't the greatest. At least I had a good view of my car from the window. Despite buttonville being right next door, noise from overhead planes wasnt overly loud.

I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this hotel again. Not only was it clean but to find a hotel with free partking, free WiFi and hot breakfast included at this price was exceptional value in my opinion!

We stayed for 2 weeks and the friendly atmosphere and pleasant staff made us feel at home. We wanted somewhere with some self catering facilities due to the length of stay and because we travelled with the kids, but we hardly did any cooking. Breakfast was very generous ranging from hot variety to continental menu. Also, although wasn't clearly advertised, […] we were offered light dinner on Mondays to Thursdays. The accomodation was tastefully decorated with communal laundry area at a small charge, It was nice coming back home without a pile of dirty laundry. The business centre was fully equiped with pc, printer etc. It was a bit out of town but it didn't really matter because it's only 45 mins drive to downtown and yet quite close to some big malls and attractions. We were in town for a funeral so had to find a last minute hotel that was not only close to family but could also accommodate our two dogs. When we arrived the staff did not even blink an eye that our two dogs, were both quite large (Boxers). The room was very clean, had a lot of space and there also turns out to be a huge dog park with agility course […] two blocks from the hotel. The kitchenette was the perfect size, just enough for us to make some meals and breakfasts. The reason for our trip wasn't for "fun" but the hotel actually made the 3 days very comfortable. It was also comforting to know that the dogs were in a great place as well when we couldn't be with them. And they were so tired from the dog park that I don't think they made much noise! We had a family reunion ... took 4 rooms for 2 nights. Perfect location for Costco shopping for missing supplies and nice dining out at nearby Gourmet Chinese restaurants. The hotel's complimentary bf and evening was a nice touch. Always a pleasant stay at Homewood suites anywhere in Canada or in the States. We'll be back SOON! Thanks!

I was very surprised when my husband and I got to this hotel. Every area in the hotel is tastefully designed and decorated. Beautiful! It's clean, the rooms have kitchens with granite countertops and very nice cabinetry. The living room, bedroom and bathrooms are beautiful too. The room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. Hotel staff were prompt in responding to calls for more towels. The layout leaves a lot to be desired; even though we were upgraded to a slightly larger room we had to walk a single, winding hallway off the elevator to get to it - no quick route anywhere here, except maybe the fire escape. The pool […] was a joke - the tiles around it seemed to be engineered to provide less traction when wet. "Heated" is apparently a very subjective description with these people; it was freezing - it would have been warmer if unheated and outside. Also, one of the metal ladders had a sharp angle that one of my children cut themselves on by simply using it to get out of the pool. We quickly left the area as it was unsafe in my opinion. The complimentary breakfast the next morning was free - and for a reason! Stale toast, powered eggs and soggy tater-tots were on the menu. You could make your own waffles though and I suppose that they were okay - the kids liked them. Watered-down juice and coffee like crude oil rounded it out - McDonald's puts on a much better breakfast, but hey it was free with the room so what can you expect? Pročitajte više

The hotel was new and clean. I got a cheap non-refundable rate for a huge room. They have free breakefast and dinner.
