Had a 12 hour layover and this hotel is literally 5 minutes from airport. It has a casino but it doesn't open until 9 pm, the room was very modern though the mini bar fridge was warm, so all the drinks were as well. The hotel is undergoing considerable renovation. This last stay was in the new rooms which were in excellent condiiton. Another major upgrade was that the Wifi worked in the room which hasn't been the case. La faute en incombe peut-être davantage à l'incompétence de nos interlocuteurs à l'aéroport du Caire (guichet d'information, Egyptair, etc.), qui nous ont renvoyés de l'un à l'autre sans vraiment contacter l'hôtel. Εάν στη συγκεκριμένη περιοχή τα αστέρια τα μοιράζουν από το 1 έως το 10 τότε ναι θα έλεγα ότι το 4 1/2 τους ταιριάζει. Για να αγοράσεις νερό πρέπει να έχεις συνάλλαγμα, όταν πήγα στην τράπεζα που έχει το ξενοδοχείο, δεν μου αλλάξανε επειδή είχαν αλλαγή βάρδιας. Από τους 3 υπαλλήλους κανένας δεν με εξυπηρέτησε παρά μου είπαν να ξαναπάω σε μία ώρα. Μια […] ώρα αργότερα μου αρνήθηκαν ξανά και μου είπαν να πάω αργότερα. Τελικά συνάλλαγμα δεν έκανα. Στην υποδοχή μας κάναν έλεγχο όπως στο αεροδρόμιο με scanner, καλά για τι έψαχναν για όπλα;;;; για διακοπές ήμασταν ... Στο δωμάτιο είχε εσωτερική πόρτα που επικοινωνούσε ποιός ξέρει με τι, κοιμηθήκαμε με το μάτι ανοικτό, ίσως μας επηρέασε το όλο σκηνικό αλλά όταν φύγαμε την επόμενη μέρα, αισθανθήκαμε μια γλυκιά ανακούφιση. Παρόλο που η διαμονή μας ήταν για μια νύχτα πριν αναχωρήσουμε για άλλο προορισμό αποκλείσαμε την περίπτωση να ξαναμείνουμε εκτός αεροδρομίου καλύτερα αναμονή στο terminal όσες ώρες και να περιμένεις. Ich habe ein Superiorzimmer reserviert und habe ein normales bekommen. Dieses normale kann man mit einer Jugendherberge vergleichen und war dreckig und die Möbel waren sehr alt. Das Personal wollte mir auch kein andere Zimmer geben. Erst nach einem 15 min Gespräch mit Expedia (Deutschland), wurde das Personal aktiv und bekam mein gewünschtes Zimmer.
