my room was very small and located in a smoking permitted part of the hotel even though my request was very specific that i wanted to be completly segregated from any kind of cigarette smoke due to allergies. the bed was extremely hard and was not adjustable and the shower pressure was almost non existent to the point that it was not possible to was […] the shampoo and soap off. "What a Staff!"
The staff at this hotel was amazing. They were friendly, accommodating and went out of their way to make everything perfect. Rarely do you find an entire group of people who are as pleasant from the manager to the housekeeping staff to the waitress and cook. EVERYONE was great. The only thing about this hotel that could have been better is the adjustable […] beds. They didn't really work too well and so the sleep wasn't as good as it could have been. "Hilton Garden in Elkhart"
We stayed at the Elkhart Hilton Garden for a ND football weekend. We didn't book a hotel soon enough to stay closer to ND, but this was a good alternative. Good value for the price given that it was a football weekend. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff was helpful.
for the name and the price of the room i expected more. the room was full of ants. very disgusting.

"Jacuzzi Suite"
Jacuzzi in the room was a disappointment, it was odd shaped and did not fit two comfortably. One of the jets didn't work and it cut out and wouldn't restart. The Jacuzzi in the pool area was stopped by the emergency stop button and there was no maintenance personnel there to restart it. They should train the desk person to restart it.

convenient for our football weekend at Notre Dame.Comfortable,close(20 minutes from stadium),lot's of places to eat nearby,quiet,great amenities!

I was pleased with the size of the suite and the amenities provided. The fitness room was just what I would want as I travel. I would recommend this hotel.
