I stayed at Bellissimo Grande because there were no rooms available at Foxwoods. I was very satisfied - the staff was pleasant, they give you a complimentary plate of cheese and crackers and offer a free limousine shuttle ride to the casino. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. I would stay there again and again. It had 24 hours room service when we needed it.

Check in was quick. Room was clean, they are a bit dark. It can get noisy since walls are quite thin. Limo to Lake of Isles was our reason for booking here. the staff was very friendly and the ease of the limo service to Foxwoods was wonderful. I tried to order room service that is supposed to be 24 and their "oven were done" therefore only salads and cold sandwiches, which was a huge bummer!

The room I booked with the fireplace on line was not the room I received. The room was clean. The nicest person was the limousine driver. I would stay again simply because of the proximity to Mystic and the Casinos. Adequate.

Everything was as expected, I know this is crazy but the clock not being set to the right time (daylight savings time) was not set properly, I mentioned this and it was never corrected.

We stayed because of the shuttle and it ran quite frequently and was nice to have. The rooms are a bit pricey though

The room was COLD when we arrived but quickly warmed up. It was spotless. The staff was pleasant, professional and when asked, very helpful. We did not eat at the lounge - the prices seemed very high, nor did we use the pool but the pool area was clean, towels easy to find and had lockers for our use.

not very quite hard to sleep. maids cleaning at 8:30 am would not stay again!!

I thought the hotel was very clean and located right near Foxwoods. The restaurant was a little confusing; it looked like a eating area behind room dividers in the main lobby. Odd situation so we chose to eat elsewhere. Other wise the place was great and quick check in and out service.

I liked the room, staff nice enough,bed was comfy...no fridge in room but all and all nice. A bit noisy on the weekend when the Foxwood crowd comes in.Do Not eat at the Tea Garden rest near by...Food was cold and Nasty!

This was my second time at this hotel and I recommend it to everyone. The service is great, food is great, and its a very friendly atmosphere. i love the complentary ride to the casino.

Great location and service; spa was awesome, but the walls are paper thin; my husband could hear the guy next door snoring! The toilet flush would wake up anyone! Hotel seems overly concerned abut noise after midnight, but it's prob not the guest's fault!

We have stayed at the Bellissimo several times. The hotel, food, service & local to the Casino is awesome!! The beds are very comfortable. Highly recommend!!

Its a cheap hotel pretending to be something more. Very tasteless design using of a lot of cheap materials, to give the issulion of exclusivity. People only go there becasue of its proximity to Foxwoods.

A friend of mine stayed one night for my birthday. When we got to the hotel it was more than we expected the lobby was very clean and had a Starbucks. The people were very nice. Our room was upgraded to a Suite for my birthday and had a fridge and Jacuzzi in the room. The shuttle was a great way to go back to the casino not have to worry about driving. […] The beds were very comfy and I got a great nights sleep. I would definetly recommend this hotel to someone and I plan on going back again myself. This is the first time I used hotels.com was a little nervous at first but Kevin was great help he wrote in the notes about my birthday. Great hotel to stay at. Got the hotel for cheap and was definately worth the money spent. Very close to Foxwoods with a free limo service to and from which was very helpful. If back in the area I would stay here again without a doubt.

I still like this place but the rooms are getting a little worn. Cracked grout in the tiles was my main issue. The rooms was beautiful when new but starting to show a little wear. Granite tops are nice but they need resurfacing---multiple stains and drink rings they do not clean off . The limos were filthy outside. I know its winter but, they should […] be washed daily. I don't think they are. One of the limos made a funky sound like it had a bad shock everytime we cornered and when we got to foxwoods I smelled something burning (rubber) off the car. Restaurant service is in need of attention. They poured me 1 coffee, dropped my egg plate on the table and left. I had to get up and ask for coffee 20-30 minutes later. Drunk people puking in the limo on the way back to the hotel was not a good ending to my night. Not much the hotel can do about that I suppose. I can't blame the hotel for it. This is a fantastic place to stay if you want to be able to escape the frenzy of Foxwoods but still be close enough to go to the Casino when you like. My girlfriend and I are not big gamblers but we wanted to get away and we were meeting another couple who were staying at the Casino. The hotel is new so it's clean and modern. We checked in on Sunday […] and left Tuesday so it was a slow time. We had the awesome pool all to ourselves. It's small but no life guard so we felt like we had our own private pool. 5 minute ride to the Casino without the craziness. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! No refrigerator in room (for medications)...I thought it would be something that was automatically provided. Room colors very dark....dreary. Transportation initially cancelled...the drive to the theatre was an inconvenience...but since they d/c'ed due to weather we would rather have not ventured out by ourselves.
