"Disappointed"

"America's Best Richmond, VA"
The Non-Smoking room wreaked of cigarette smoke. You turn on the air conditioner and it had an odor of urine. The blanket on the bed looked like it had not been washed in months. The bathroom had mildew on the ceiling. We had NO housekeeping and there was no notice to let you know it. When we came back that evening and found no clean towels I asked […] the front desk for some. They said he would have them send right over, no one ever came. "Not that comfortable experience."
I had a bad experience in this hotel. First, the night I stayed there I guess there was a party somewhere nearby because I could hear music till very late and since I arrived there after 11 I couldn't fall sleep for at least the next two hours. Second, I found my room to be unclean, nasty with the bathroom curtains dirty and the water wouldn't drain […] quick so I had to shower while navigating in a w"jacuzzi bathtub full of water" This is uncomfortable to me. Other than that, the price was affordable for a one night, or even a couple of hours and only 1 mi detoured from Hwy 95. Opt to you to consider this personal, private experience of mine.
