Very Nice Hotel, attached to a HUGE Mall. Lots to eat and do at the mall, but other than that the hotel is a bit out of the way. About 20-30 min taxi ride to downtown KL, and about 45-1hour from the International Airport. Rooms were comfortable, and pool/gym were adequate.

We spend three lovely nights at this hotel. Reason for choosing this hotel was from TA's good reviews. We were not disappointed. One slight mispresentation to highlight : The hotel website indicates that the superior room has 2 queen sized beds, The reception staff told us that the superior rooms have only 2 single beds or 1 king sized bed. We requested […] for an extra bed. Cost per night is M$60+++ and additional breakfast charge is M$44+++ per day. The size of the room is large enough for three adults to be comfortable. Breakfast is an excellent spread, wide variety of choices and the highlight is the freshly squeezed juices (orange, carrot or watermelon) So refreshing. Thumbs Up!! The mega mall (1 Utama is huge comprises of the old and new wing and has many restaurants and cafes.) There is really no need to go anywhere else. Requested for 2 queen size bed during booking. Been told by the hotel during check in that they were running full and could not accede to our request although the rate paid was for that particular room type. The hotel said that they would check and get back to us. After waiting for 15 minutes, we decided to check with the hotel again. The only issue we had was with the Air Conditioning which seemed to make the room hotter not cooler. The Hotel was amazing, the staff very friendly and helpful, the location excellent...right next to awesome shopping mall. Distance from airport 1hr by taxi.

Connected directly to One Utama shopping centre and right on the other end of the shopping centre is the coach stop from Singapore. Very convenient! Breakfast was nice. Internet is good. Some delay in check in for my second booked room until 5pm though. That was inconvenient.

The hotel room is very clean, the service is very good, the buffet breakfast is of great variety. There is complimentary 24hr free internet access and fruit platter which we do not expect. Generally a very nice experience and stay at One World Hotel.

One World's location is great for being located right smack by One Utama shopping center, so if you love shopping and then heading right to your hotel room to rest and shop some more, this place will suit you. I stayed at One World Hotel for the first time and would definately reccommend it to all. The rooms were modern and large, the hotel itself classy and well laid out and the attached shopping mall was great. The best part about the stay was the staff, they were all so helpful and polite and did everything they could to make us feel comfortable.

Room is clean and comfortable. Close to shopping mall just a walking distant. Can easily find restaurants in the shopping mall. The hotel has a fantastic buffet spread for breakfast. Expecting high traffic volume in KL central (golden triangle) where a typical traffic jam would means 2 hours of loss time, One World Hotel turn out to be a good choice. When I was there, it was Christmas eve with 2 weddings in the hotel and one in the Chinese resturant next to the hotel: a) Imagine the numbers of cars. My daughter was served an un-cooked parta. Other than that, spread was extensive though some seems like left-over from Christmas eve spread. I like the fresh fruit juices, as this is typically found in high-end hotel. c) extra bed was not available on the day of arrival. I always choose One World as we opened an office nearby. It offers a quality experience for the right price. The Chinese restaurant on the lobby level is excellent and it also connects to the One Utama shopping mall next door where you can get anything you need. Thanks to the nearby motorways, you can get to downtown KL (if you need to) in about 20mins […] and cabs are cheap in KL (just make sure you used a metered one - which these days most are by regulation). It's also a relatively short drive to KL Central Station (outside peak hours) to link to the Airport train. The staff at One World are very friendly, the rooms are well appointed and I can't find any specific thing that I would report negatively on. The hotel is located directly next to the One Utama shopping mall. Like it all except for internet service. Internet was not free and the internet speed in our room was very slow despite it was advertised as fast speed. Other than that, a great hotel to stay.
