Clean hotel with decent rooms size and layout. Central location and good accessibility, close to city hall etc. But surrounding neighbournood not that exciting. Staff were friendly, but grasp of English wasn't great (probably the same in most hotels in Seoul). Overall, good value for money. Would probably go there again.

Stayed here for 5 nights - hotel is right next to bus stop and train (number 2 and 3 lines), so it's hard to top for convenience. The immediate neighborhood is full of lighting and furniture/hardware fixture shops, but you only need to go 1 or 2 stops on the subway to be in excellent areas such as Imsadong, Dongdaemun and Chungmuro. The mattress is a little too hard. We could do with complimentary bottled water for our entire 5 nights of stay, rather than only on the first day. Other than these, it was a pleasant stay. The room is spacious sith a tv of a decent size..

Nice & cozy bedrooms. A bit hard bed (as usual in Korea). Quiet. Breakfast was better last year. Coffee really has to be improved. Staff : speaks well English.

The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful and nice. Only issue was the mattress was slightly hard for me and no wifi in the room. You had to go to the 2nd floor for the wifi instead. But the location was perfect and overall I was very happy with the stay.

“Great location near shopping areas. Easy access to everything.” My wife and I celebrated our anniversarry at Seoul and we booked this hotel die to its proximity and price. The value of hotel is not too expensive and its room is modern enough. We have no complaints. We arrive Incheon Airport early around 6am and there is a bus right outside airport […] foors that drops right infront of hotel. Only cost 10,000 won per person versus a spendy taxi. We were allowed to check in early with no extra costs. They even gave my wife BB cream as welcome gift. Theirs beds are comfy and their rest room is clean with tub. Their toilet bowl is remote controlled and with heater on water and seat. We did not try their bfast its american and spendy we are 15 min walk to Myeondong so we decided to eat korean food there. Dongdaemon is also only few mins away. Also the Myeondong Cathedral so as Namdaemon Market. we will definitely stay here again. Good business hotel with staff who can speak english. Good security as you need key card to access guest room level. Nice, clean room with wireless, suitable for business and leisure travellers. The hotel is comfortable and very accessible to the subway. The airport limo bus stopped right in front so very convenient for first time Seoul visitors. The hotel is located in a quiet area of Myeongdong, walking distance to Dongdaemun market. Taxi fare is very reasonable in Seoul so we took them more than the subways to go shopping to Itaewon, Insadong, […] etc. The concierge people were quiet helpful in arranging tours and reserving for dinners. We had 2 lunches at the hotel (buffet service) which was good value for money but my only comment was that there was no variety as the exact same kinds of food was served. One of the few hotels that I would recommend for others to stay at while in Seoul. Reasons? - Airport bus stops right in front of this hotel - Friendly and warm service - Close to the train station (just a mere 2 mins walk) - Walking distance to Dongdaemun & Namdaemon - Good and comfortable room with a nice view of N-Seoul tower - Near to 24 hrs convenience […] store for late night snacks :) My only complain was that we could not have an early check-in (had to wait for six hours before we were given a room at approx 2:30pm) which I guess is unavoidable as we went during the peak period. The surrounding of the hotel isn't really a pretty sight (ALOT of lighting shops, haha!) but that did not matter since we are out most of the time. We went to Seoul for sight seen. We tried to find the hotel in Myoung dong area but no found due to top season. The hotel was fine. There is no problem on facility and service. The location is the only concerned for us but it should fine for business people.

7박을 머물면서 너무 편했어요.다만 에어콘 바람이 한쪽으로만 쏠려서 좀 불편했어요.위치도 너무좋고.인천공항에서 6015번 타서 1시간 정도면 호텔앞에서 내리면 되구요. 롯데백화점도 3정거장이면 갈수있고 지하통로를 이용하면 20분정도면 걸어서 갈수있어요.비오는날엔 최상이죠.동대문도 너무 가깝고 너무 좋았어요.아쉬운점은 호텔무료순환버스 시간대가 좀 일찍해서 한번도 이용을 못했네요.담에가면 또 이용할거예요.

酒店很干净，服务也很到位。最主要的是服务人员会英文。酒店地理位置优越，位于各个景点中心，出门2分钟就到地铁5号线，出门就有免费巴士到东大门，还有机场巴士。下次去首尔还会选择这家酒店。

朝食にパンを食べたかったので近くのパン屋さんをフロントで尋ねました。日本語で描かれた地図とともに親切に場所を教えてもらいましたが、明らかにしるしをつけてもらった場所にパン屋はなかった。筋が一本違うのかどうかはわかりませんが。結局自力で別のパン屋を見つけました。ソウルは何度も行っていて土地勘が少しついているので、この通りまででればパン屋あると分かったからよかったけれど字も読めない土地勘のない人はあの説明では迷ってしまうと思います

金浦空港利用でリムジンバスを利用しましたが、バス停がホテルの真ん前なので助かります。地下鉄も最寄り、歩いて２分の乙支路４街で５号線と２号線が、逆にあるいて１０分弱の乙支路３街で３号線と２号線が利用可能です。２号線はずっと地下街でつながっているので、潜るところさえ見つければ明洞まででも歩いていけます。雨や寒い日には良いです。東大門へも徒歩圏です。リムジンバスですが、行きは空港でいっぺんに乗って、後は降りるばかりですから比較的スムーズですが、帰りに空港に向かう際には、降りる人と乗る人が交錯して結構時間がかかります。夜の便でしたので、ゆっくり行こうと思ったのですが、空港近くのロッテマートで買い物でもと思い、早めに乗って正解でした。二つ先の停留所が中間地点らしく、ここで時間調整で１５分ぐらい停車、運 […] 転手さんはホテルのコーヒーSHOPで休憩してしまうし、ホテルPJ前で満員になり、以後の停留所ではお客さんは次のバスを待つように言われて乗れず、南大門前の渋滞もひどくてソウル中心部を抜けるのに小一時間かかりました。このホテルの場合、５号線を使えば乗り換えなしで金浦空港に行けるので、次回ここを使うときは行きはリムジンバス、帰りは地下鉄にしようと思いました。冷蔵庫ですが、とても小さく、あまり冷えないので、ここは改善してほしいところです。部屋の空調はOKでした。 Pročitajte više

Most of the staffs speak English pretty well and were very helpful. However, the elder staffs looks like the managers couldn't speak English. So if you want to ask for any help, go for the younger staffs.
