Hotel Perla - Prag

It is a good three star hotel but definitely not 4 star. Room did not have minibar or tea/coffee facilities. Bathroom did not have condititioner.

The Hotel was easy to walk to from the shuttle bus drop off. Once we started to walk around the City we realised just how convenient the situation of the hotel was. The hotel was very comfortable, the staff polite and helpful. We would use the Hotel again.

The room was spacious and modern. We appreciated the availability of a hotel car to take us to the airport at the end of our stay.

We stayed here in Aug 2012. Good location and you can walk to all to sights. Rooms are modern and clean but a bit dimly lit and the shower was a hand held spout. Free wifi in the room. Breakfast was good.

Location is perfect. Just a few blocks from the town square. Close to many great restaurants. Breakfast was good. Horrible wireless internet. 1 bar of strength, but, I was able to stay on line most of the time.

Hotel Perla offers quality accommodation at a reasonable price. The hotel is very well situated, just a few steps away from Wenceslas Square, yet it is on an extremely quiet side street. The rooms were a little small; of the 5 hotels where we stayed, this had the smallest rooms. The location was fantastic! The wi-fi was free. The breakfast was pretty good.

Central, modern and spacious. Classy bathrooms. Breakfast and breakfast room first class. Air conditioning (if a little noisy). BUT No lifts. Some electrics out of order in our room. Some noise from drunks 'til 4.00 am.

Great location! They have a deal with a currency exchange accross the street that gave a true current exchange. The only negavites that i experienced is the lobby is very small and congested and the wire connection did not work on my floor.

In the middle of the boundary between old and new town, close to everything. The standard of the hotel is very high, it looks just like the pictures.

Had a great stay. The location of the hotel was great, in a relatively quiet street but only a few minutes walk from both Wenceslas square and the old town square. Good breaktast buffet with lots of choice.

Everything about the hotel was terrific except for the location of our room. We had a room that faced the street. It was very noisy with both crowds of party makers and constant traffic. If possible, request a room that doesn't face the street. The breakfast buffet is truly superb.

One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in for the price paid. Excellent value. The interior is new, the beds comfortable (although two big singles pushed together instead of one double). Breakfast was also good.

Our stay was very nice. The front desk offered great places for dinner. Our two complaints are that the hotel smelled of smoke even though we were on a non smoking floor and that the front desk did not notify us that our 8am tour was canceled, which was very incontinent.

This hotel was perfect - situated right between Wenceslas Square and the Old Town Square, near good shopping and restaurants. Really close to the Mustek Metro stop after coming in from the airport. The staff as very friendly and helpful, with lots of info about the sites. Loved the Madonna every morning over hot breakfast. Very modern, very clean. Excellent location in Prague for all the sights. Cafe Bar open until 11pm, and free internet on the 1st floor. Room immaculate and very comfy. Would have liked a kettle in the room! (although you can buy tea and coffee in the Cafe Bar).

The hotel is very central, close to all attractions, 1 min walk to metro. The room was very clean, the breakfast had good assortiment of choices. I would give an overall rating of 5 if not some misleading from their side. They promised me an early check in around noon, because our flight arrived early in the morning, when we got to the hotel the receptioniat […] said it was not possible, so we got our room at 2 pm. A really good hotel with great location and comfortable rooms! Perla Hotel was excellent! Its situated right between the old and new town so you get the best of both worlds. This hotel is modern, very clean and in a great spot for all the sights. It,s a city centre hotel so take your ear plugs there is some street noise, but nothing too much to worry about. When we go back to Prague, which we will it's fantastic I would have no hesitation in staying at Hotel Perla again.

We absolutely loved this hotel. We arrived very early and one of our two rooms was ready for us. The hotel staff could not have been more helpful. The rooms were lovely, on the small side but for two people were perfect. The bathrooms were very clean and shiny. The location, the staff, the comfort, the breakfast, everything about this hotel was near perfection. It's just a short walk from one of the main metro stations in Prague and it's convenient to shopping, dining, everything. The room was furnished in a beautiful modern style with a refrigerator, nice shower, and suburb dimming mood lights. The view out […] of the very large window was excellent. The breakfast was delicious with a huge variety of hot and cold foods, local specialties and traditional American/European offerings. There was wireless high speed internet everywhere in the hotel. The room is on the smaller size. There is no lounge area where one can relax and enjoy a drink or meet other residents. A mall restaurent would be welcome where one can order amall snacks.

Super location, good room at a reasonable price. The hotel suggests using their taxi service at a guaranteed fair price. That price is actually three time what we paid for the same trip with a metered taxi off the street. Also, the laundry charges are 50% higher than luxury hotels like the Hilton charge.

This hotel had a rating of 4stars (and had 4-star room rates), but the service and amenities are more like 2.5 or 3 stars in quality. The location is great and the rooms are quite clean, but the beds are small, there are few amenities in the room (& no mini-fridge), and the front-desk service is poor. One of the front desk staff was unhelpful and rude, […] and noticeably treated guests differently - i.e. he was far nicer to the young female travellers, even giving them free drink vouchers, but dismissive of older travellers (by older, I mean anyone 40 and above). Very well located to the old town everything is in easy walking distance. The hotel staff are very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was included and was very good. Room was quiet,airconditioed and had bar fridge. Would highly recommend this hotel as good value for money, would happily stay again.
