Larelle House Bed and Breakfast - St. Petersburg

Larry and Ellen were a pleasure to stay with and their home/B&B is in the PERFECT location to walk around most of the major highlights of St. Petersburg. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfasts were AMAZING and the yard had several comfy seating areas for enjoying the weather (which was perfect when we were there in early May). The only downside […] we had is that we were unaware before arriving that they have 3 cats, several of which are sometimes inside. They were never in our room (at least not while we were there, and no trace of hair), but I have minor allergies to cats and it would've been nice to know ahead of time so I could've packed some allergy pills to keep the sneezing/congestion at bay. But that's the only "complaint" I could possibly think to give - we had a great weekend anniversary getaway at Larelle House! Pročitajte više

We stayed for a weekend and had a wonderful time! The proprietors were very gracious and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable as were the grounds (including hot tub). The only downside was the clawfoot tub as they are always difficult to get in and out of - but it certainly went with the decor of the room. Larry and his wife run a really nice B&B. The neighborhood is quiet. The house is very nicely decorated, and the breakfasts were such a nice touch. Unlike other B&B's we've stayed in where the food is placed out and you serve yourself, here you will be served at table like a guest in their home. That is what you truly are when you stay here - a guest […] in their home. If you want to stay in a place where you'll feel warmly welcomed, and where it will feel like you're visiting family, this is a great place for that experience. There are numerous restaurants and other attractions within walking distance. The jacuzzi out back is a great place to relax after a day of exploring the area. Quiet neighborhood, yet still walking distance to restaurants, museums, and great St. Pete nightlife. Wonderful hosts. My wife and I will be trying to stay here everytime we visit St. Pete.

This was the first time I stayed at a B&B. At first I was hesitant, but then I relaxed and was able to experience the quaint charm that brings people to Bed and Breakfasts. The Larelle House Bed&Breakfast was absolutely wonderful for a romantic getaway from everything with my wife. The hosts were very friendly and even accommodated our vegetarian preferences for breakfast without any muss or fuss. Great B&B in a great location. We parked the car on Friday afternoon and didnt have to get into it until Sunday afternoon when we left. Lots to do and see in downtown St. Pete. This was GREAT EXPERIENCE. Outdoor hot tub under stars - Gondola, and a covered sitting area, off street parking, close to all the restuarants on Beach Drive - we walked to them in 3 minutes, close to Janus Landing for concerts, GREAT COOKIES and BREAKFAST MIMOSAS along with full breakfast, Off street free parking. WAY BETTER then HOTEL.

Imaginez Sherbrooke avec des palmiers. Je parle du vieux Sherbrooke, précisons-le, avec ses vastes maisons bourgeoises en briques ou en déclin de bois, bâties dans le style victorien ou georgien. Les déjeuners sont copieux et délicieux. Le service est courtois, discret ; les hôtes sont attentionnés sans être obséquieux. On vous prête des vélos pour la visite de la ville, on vous sert un porto dans l'après-midi.
