Arranged for a cab to pick us up at the airport even at 2AM. Very courteous staff at the reception as well as at the restaurants. We stayed at Mina Hotel & it was a very pleasurable experience, which started from the arrival to the airport. We ordered an airport transfer with Mina and the driver patiently waited for 2 hours as our flight was delayed. We were taken to the hotel in a spacious, cream color leather-seats van. As we entered the lobby, the receptionist greeted us by […] name (they coordinated with the driver arrival of guests). Small gesture but it showed attention to detail. We received our keys, city tour tips & map and were escorted to the room without delay. The staff was always helpful and ready to answer any questions. The room was nice - it looks exactly as shown it on hotel website, no suprises here. Mina has very comfortable beds and very soft bedding. The bathroom had a bathtub and complimentary toiletries, towels and sheets were changed daily. The restaurant on the 6th floor is rather small in size, but provides a spectacular view of the Bosphorus and decent breakfast selection. The rooftop terrace was also lovely place to enjoy breakfast at, however, beware of seaguls! If you leave your plate to go get smth from the restaurant again, you may come back to a plate missing some sausage! The terrace, against our expectations, was rather big - it went all around the roof of the hotel building. We spent three nights here as a base to explore sultanshamet and enjoyed the mina. Nice central location near tram, friendly staff, nice morning coffee and a fantastic view of the blue mosque on at the breakfast room near the roof. Rooms were on the small side, bathroom even smaller but clean and efficient.

Our stay at this hotel was on September 4, 2010. The manager was very friendly and helpful. We asked him by email to arrange our pickup at the airport and transfer to the hotel. (The cost of the transfer was added to our hotel bill.) The room was small, but lovely and very comfortable, clean and quiet. They also have a roof-top restaurant with beautiful views of the Aya Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkopi, and the Bosporus. We enjoyed a lovely dinner at the rooftop restaurant and watched the sunset. Breakfast the next morning was included and was very nice. The hotel is conveniently located in old Istanbul and is within a 5 minute walking distance of the Blue Mosque, Hippadrome, Aya Sophia, Grand Bazaar, and underground Cistern. The manager provided us with a map and directions to visit the sites. When it was time to leave, the manager called a taxi and instructed the driver to take us to the cruise port. The manager told us how much the taxi would be so we wouldn't be taken advantage of by an unscrupulous driver. Although we only stayed one night, we were sorry that we had not elected to stay longer. Wir waren über Ostern von Gründonnerstagabend bis Ostermontag in Istanbul. Das Hotel Mina liegt in ruhiger Straße und trotzdehm sehr günstig in fußläufiger Nähe zur Hauptstraße nördlich zur Tramlinien Çemberlitaş und östlich zu Sultanahmed. Wir haben in zwei Twin-Bed-Rooms gewohnt, die zwar jeweils ein Fenster hatten, die aber direkt auf die nächste […] Hauswand führten, die nur ungefähr 40 Zentimeter entfernt war, dadurch war eine richtige Frischluftzufuhr nicht gegeben, was zur Folge hatte, dass es im Zimmer ständig muffig gerochen hat. Das Zimmer hatte durch die davor liegende Hauswand keinen Lichteinfall und war sehr dunkel, aber da wir in den Zimmern lediglich die Nacht zum Schlafen verbracht haben, empfanden wir das nicht so gravierend. Die Sauberkeit in den Zimmern war gut, frische Bettwäsche nach jeweils zwei Tagen, täglich frische Handtücher und das Badezimmer mit einer neuen gefliesten Duschkabine wirkte frisch saniert und renoviert. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, aber nicht Besonderes und auch nichts Abwechslungsreiches. Die Aussicht im Frühstücksraum ist aber wirklich schön und macht wirklich Lust, die Stadt zu entdecken. Das Hotelpersonal war wirklich hervorragend, sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war in Ordnung. Pročitajte više

スルタンアフメット駅と書いてありましたが、坂道があるのでチェンベルリタシュ駅の方が利用しやすかったです。 こぢんまりとした部屋は機能的。セーフティボックスもあり、クローゼットもあるので十分過ごしやすいです。 バスルームはガラス窓付なのでシャワーカーテンのように気にしてシャワーを浴びる必要がないので快適です。 水圧も十分。可動式シャワーなので便利です。 スーパー、レストラン、ロカンタス、雑貨屋、お土産屋が近くにあり、ブルーモスクは坂を下って徒歩3分。 部屋は少々狭いですが非常に便利な立地のホテルです。 帰りは石畳の坂道なので、ホテル送迎片道40TLを利用するのも良いと思います。

海外のホテルにはずいぶん宿泊しましたがこのホテルは間違いなく上位に入ります。 ロケーションはブルーモスク、徒歩3分。アヤソフィア、トプカプ宮殿、地下宮殿も徒歩圏内です。トラムもsultanahmet駅から5分ぐらいですが途中が賑やかな通りですので 5分なんてアッという間です。治安も良い感じです。1分ぐらいのところにスーパーがあります。食品から石鹸まで何でも置いてます。朝食も普通に良く、部屋も広く清潔です。 アメニティも問題ありません。ドライアーが2分使うと一端使用不能になりますが過熱しないようにしていると思われます。1分ぐらい経つとまた使えます。 何より良いのはホテルスタッフの皆さんが全員フレンドリーだったことです。 もう1度イスタンブールを訪ねるなら必ずミーナホテルにします。

L'hôtel est très bien situé dans le quartier de Sultahnamet, ce qui permet de se rendre à pied dans les principaux sites touristiques (grand bazar d'un côté et Ste Sophie, Mosquée Bleue, Palais de Topkapi de l'autre). Il est à 2 pas du tramway qui peut être utilisé pour explorer les autres quartiers de la ville. […] Malgré cette situation exceptionnelle, l'hôtel est très calme, ce qui permet de bien se reposer. Je recommande la terrasse située au dernier étage pour déjeuner, dîner ou prendre un verre: la vue sur la mer de Marmara et la Mosquée Bleue y est à couper le souffle. Le personnel de cet hôtel est très serviable et saura parfaitement vous renseigner sur les monuments à visiter et itinéraires à suivre lors de votre séjour. Tout le monde parle bien anglais, ce qui est suffisamment rare à Istanbul pour être souligné. Seul bémol de mon séjour: ma chambre (704) était située au rez-de-chaussée avec vue directe sur le mur de l'immeuble d'à côté. Il est donc impératif de demander une chambre dans les étages, si possible donnant sur la rue. Wir waren von der Luftraumsperrung wegen der Aschewolke betroffen und daher an diesbezüglichen Informationen interessiert. Was von CNN oder BBC gemeldet wurde war mehr als dürftig. Das Frühstück war sehr gut: abwechslungsreich und ausreichend. Müsli, Obst und verschiedene Brot- / Backwaren einschließlich Kuchen wurden angeboten.
