"After room change a great hotel."
when we arrived in the hotel the first room they gave us had beautiful wood furnishings. But when we checked the bedding there was a large yellow urine stain in the middle of the bed sheet under the top sheet and comforter. The bed linens had not been changed or checked before our arrival. Please check your bedding before sleeping on the bed. The staff […] changed us to another room without any hesitation and expressed an apology for the inconvience, but It threw us for a loop since we were tired from traveling. The rest of the stay was good, the breakfast very good and no further problems. It is a great place to stay, but I would suggest that someone checks the rooms on a regular basis to try and eliminate the problem that we experienced. "Comfort? Suites."
Well, for the money I guess this was expected. It appears that the hotel was partially redecorated and renovated. After waiting for the multiple phone calls that the receptionist chose to answer instead of waiting on the only people in the lobby, we got our key. The room door had to be forced by shoulder to get it open only to be greeted by a stuffy […] cigarette smoke smell. This is supposedly a smoke free building, but the bathroom seemed to be the source of the smell. Breakfast wasn't the best and after a glimpse of the cleaning fluid bottles sitting with the extra breakfast supplies and orange juice, I opted for cereal. We had to constantly keep entering name and password every time we used wi-fi. Besides all that, the pillows were "comfortable." Just wasn't what I thought it would be. "Comfort Suites is right"
The star rating of this hotel does not give it justice. Yes the lobby may be small unimpressive, but that is where that all stops. The rooms were clean, spacious and extremely comfortable. "Even though"
Evan though they didn't clean our room, change sheets on bed or leave clean towels. We still liked the location and the indoor heated pool. Stayed here on a short trip to Nashville. It is an older building that has been remodeled and was clean overall except for the bathtub. Overall it was a good stay for the money.
