Bathrooms need to be updated. Had problems flushing the toilet, plus bathtub could not be used as a bathtub.

We will likely stay at the Hilton again.

Had a nice stay. Pool and hot tub were clean and working. The doors to the outside were open and that was kind of scary because anyone could of come into the hotel from there. Room was nice and the mattress was awesome...good night sleep! Great breakfast! Bar was nice...a little loud because of St. Pat's day. Need to check bottled beer for out of date […] ones..mine was yucky. Wish you would have served food late night...at least munchies! We had to go out somewhere at midnight. This is a wonderful hotel. We also ate dinner before heading to a show that night. Our only regret is that we decided to eat breakfast at another location. By the time we found a place that wasn't packed it was an hour later. We wish we would have eaten breakfast in the Grille as well.

Choose this hotel for the suites, and our suite was perfect, room service was perfect too! There was so much room and service overall was outstanding!

The hotel was perfectly located just down the street from where we needed to go for my Mother-in-Law's 65th Class Reunion. The room was clean however, being that my Mother-in-Law was a hotel maid in the past, the room could use an indepth cleaning. Other than that issue for her, the room was very comfortable. We will stay there again.

Room was clean and nicely decorated. Helpful staff, no issues.

We stayed at this hotel on our way home from a family trip from NY to IL. We also stayed at a Hilton in Manhattan. Both were very clean, contemporary, comfortable, and had excellent staff. Their bedding is extremely comfortable. I will look for Hiltons wherever we travel from now on. I would defintely recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for a family reunion. I thought the room was pricey for the size of the room but it was very clean and comfortable.

I stayed at this hotel while in Akron for the weekend visiting in-laws. Hotel was very clean, comfortable, the pool was warm, and everyone on the staff was very friendly. Only negatives were that the fan didn't work in the bathroom so it got steamy when we showered, the bathroom door refused to stay open and always swung closed until it was about 2 […] inches open, and the maid knocked on the door to clean at 7:45am. Save your money and go somewhere else. The room was sub-par and so was the service. The hotel couldn't contain a party of fifty-somethings on the first floor and the police were finally called in to bust it up! I finally drifted off around 3:30 AM after a 9 hour drive from Nashville and we were given a double room instead of the deluxe king that we […] reserved on-line. And there were a couple of soccer teams meeting in the hallway of my wing of the hotel. They were there for about 2 hours, but weren't rowdy. I was going to complain if I decided to go to bed and they were still there, but they all went to their rooms around 9:30 pm. They were mannerly and well supervised by the adults in their group. The hotel property and room were clean and comfortable and the on-site dining was a bonus! Staff was friendly, courteous and professional. We hosted a special event and had to plan this long distance since we are from out of town. The hotel was ok, but they did not have enough employees to staff this large hotel. We waited for over 30 minutes in the restaurant and never saw a waitress. We ended up going somewhere else. The worst thing was they charged us $51 for two days of internet. We will never stay at Embassy Suites again. Very small beds.

My hubby and I got this suite after a wedding we attended nearby. The suite was beautiful, and the room service is exceptional. Friendly staff and great locale! Would recommend to anyone!!

A nice hotel at Fairlawn. Good neighborhood & nice mall across the street. The total cleaning was not good, especially in the room and bathroom. But I have to say they have very good front desk people & quick maintenance when needed!

Very friendly staff and nice amenities, including pool. I usually stay at lower-priced hotels, but this one was reasonable and so clean and comfortable that the slightly higher price for me was well worth it. Plus, it is not far from Stan Hywet Hall.

Very clean and beautiful hotel. Very comfortable room and bed. Restaurant was good too.
