Vista Cay Resort by Millenium - Orlando

It was perfect! This is my third stay at Vista Cay I love this area close to every thing, parks, Public supermarket is around the coner, walgreens too.. it is near I drive were all the restaurants are, close to florida mall... Love it!! Very quiet area too. Will definatly stay again!!

We loved the spacious rooms and location close to the Orange County Convention Center. The beds were ok as far as comfort. The window blinds gleamed with the outside night lights of the parking lot, not good when you want to sleep, they needed curtains on the bedroom windows. The grounds were very well maintained including the club house and pool area but we were to busy sight seeing in the surrounding area to use the facilities. We were in Orlando for business. The condo was spacious, clean and perfect for us. We would have liked to have our condo closer to the clubhouse where we met our trade show bus each day. We would definately stay again.

We have stayed here twice now and will definitely be coming back. We have two children, so having two separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms works great for getting ready quickly in the morning. The rooms are nicely appointed and the location is in the heart of all the local attractions.

Condo was great. 24 hour check-in (we arrived really late). We've never stayed at a condo complex before and weren't aware we had to wash our own towels if needed or pay for extra amenities than the 'starters' they give you, so it would have been nice to know that ahead of time so you could pack a little extra. Overall a good condo rental experience. However one unpleasant item to report would be that at checkin and into the 2nd day there was a lage amount of garbage stacked right outside the front door of the unit. Probably an oversight but non the less very undesirable to check-in to and return to a unit with such an eyesore....

Great location, nice amenities. Only complaints were who thinly the walls were built so you could hear everything outside or in another room, and the beds were quite uncomfortable compared to a hotel. Everything else was great.

Our room (3 bedroom luxury condo) was generally ok, but the sofas in the room were so dirty and worn we could not use them. Very nice place to stay with my family of six. We were gone a lot so we did not use all of their amenities but the pool was great! One window in our girls room would not lock and the staff sent someone out the next day to fix it. They also offered to patrol our area more frequently overnight. This hotel stay was wonderful. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. My family was able to save money by utilizing the kitchen area. This is a great place for a family traveling with children or other adults. It also offer that "home" feeling.

Everything was wonderful! We were upgraded to an Executive Town House, which was more than we expected. Having stayed at resorts for many years. We were pleasantly suprised. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. About an hour after we settled in we got a call from the Front Desk, asking if everything was ok. We complaind that we were unable […] to adjust the blinds. Within minutes maintenance was there and fixed the problem. We also found that the DVR was not working, again Maintenance was there in less than 20 minutes with a new DVR and this was during the Christmas Holiday. I look forward to staying here again. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a stress free stay. The unit had pictures in every space, we found that a bit overdone. But all in all this was 5 star a resort. Enjoyed my 12 days stays at Vista Cay. I've gotten a complementary upgrade to the townhouse. 2 minor hiccup though; 1. On my first day of check in, the door lock was not workin and I've to walk all the way to the resort lobby and ask for help. 2. One of the day, I asked the receptionist for the police station to file a police report. I was directed […] to a prison instead. Great place to stay, it is out of the way from the hustle and bustle but close to everything from Disney to SeaWorld. Plenty of space for our family of 4 to stretch out and have our own area for down time. This is our second time here and won't be the last.

Only complaint was that I was charged another $75 cleaning fee when registering atvarrival which was hidden in small print in the Hotels.com agreement.

I liked the location of the hotel. It was close to international but far enough away so that you don't have a lot of noise. The pool and spa were great. In florida during the day most pools get hot, their pool was cool all day. We had six adults in one hotel room. It was comfortable. The beds were uncomfortable. The staff there were very helpful.

We stayed here from 17th sept to 1st oct .Our group consisted of myself and my wife as well as our 15 year old son and his friend . We stayed in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment . Our accomodation was on the 4th floor of block 4802 which is as close as it is possible to get to Publix and NYPD Pizza . We could not fault the property in any way and were […] particularly pleased at how quiet it was .In fact , it took over a week to bump into anyone in the lift ! NYPD Pizza and the chinese takeaway are every bit as good as we were led to believe . Management phoned us on our first night to check that all was well, which we appreciated . If you're a business traveler, then you will find this hotel inconvenient and not very attentive to your needs. The staff are friendly, but since they support a group of condos there is only so much that they can do to help. Also, I got put into the wrong room and then had to move. We chose the Vista Cay Resort due to the price and because it was convieniently located on Universal Blvd with easy access to Sea World and Universal Studios. Before we travelled we contacted the resort, who sent out driving directions from the airport. Checking in was a quick process and the staff were friendly and organised. We had originally booked a 2 bedroom delux condo, but we were up graded to a 3 bedroom, which was huge. The apartment was comfortable, clean and well equipped with plenty of parking. Only slight negative was the positioning of the apartment block's air conditioning units outside the second bedroom, which did make sufficient noise to affect my friend's sleep. The free WiFi was great and, unlike alot of hotels, had a good speed which enabled us to face time back to the UK with no problems.
