"I'd stay there again"
I loved the shuttle service from the airport. The staff was very accomodating when I asked for something. The area was very convenient to what I needed to do. The staff was very friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We will be staying again. The breakfast buffet was great. The staff was Awesome. A manager helped me take my breakfast tray up to my room. Made us feel so welcome.

We were warmly welcomed to the Hilton Garden Inn Greensboro and even provided next door rooms when my daughter reserved a room also. Everyone made our stay perfect.

I have stayed at this particular Hilton Garden Inn four times before this most recent stay and have never had any trouble and actually loved it. That's why I booked this last stay in Greensboro at the same hotel. During this visit we had no shampoo and requested some, but never received shampoo. Our television didn't work and we had the maintenance […] man come in and fix it two different times. It never worked and we spent our whole stay without a television. The hotel was very nice but the fact they had a $9.99 charge for breakfast buffet when most places include breakfast as part of the room charge would make me look for alternative accomodations next time.

The lobby & restaurant were updated & comfortable. Staff was friendly & acommodating. Breakfast was good. Bar drink prices were high. We enjoyed our stay including the indoor pool & hot tub.

"Didn't honor requested room"
I was staying in this hotel with my son and made a reservation on hotels.com for a room with two beds. They told me at check-in that there were NO such rooms and that they'd had 'this problem with hotels.com' all day! As a result we had a horrible night and will most definitely NOT be staying at this hotel next time.

We have found that the Hilton Garden Inn's are the best value for our money. We have never been disappointed with any; they always exceed our expectations!!! The location of the Greensboro Inn was wonderful for shopping and eating.

Nice place to stay. Convenient enough for furniture shopping in Highpoint. Variety of close by restaurants gave us choices. The business center was great.

"good for market"
Did not get the room we booked, we got a much smaller room and would refund the differnce but did give us free breakfest each of the mornings and free movie to rent

ビジネスでの利用だったが、他の滞在客もそのようだった。滞在客には無料でWiFiを提供している所は素晴らしい。部屋も広く、清潔。空港往復の無料送迎あり。周辺には何も無いので注意。ホテル内に飲料、スナックを等を販売している売店あり。しかし、コストパフォーマンスは良いとは言えないが、周辺にはこのホテルとマリオットしかないようだ。
