Hotel did not look nothing like the pictures on the internet, bar was closed, restaurant was closed souvenir shop was closed. no iron was available. asked for a ground floor and was put on the first floor.

it was a welcommed break from visiting family in Jamaica, having time away was ideal. The kids loved the pool and if they had there way would have spent all day in the pool. Been coming here for 4years and am so happy when I arrive. Staff so friendly and remember me each time. Love seeing the renovations going on...Must say that Jerome is the best!! I was pleasingly surprised upon arrival. The room was small, but newly renovated and mordern. I was in the heart of everything. A 5 min walk to the beach. Raggee music played everywhere it seemed. Very lively area of Negril. Over all for the cost, it was a great deal for the low cost.

The hotel is not maintained properly. The building needs painting and the grounds need to be properly manicured. The furniture in the room is in a bad condition, doors of closets removed, holes in walls, curtains torned and shabby looking. The hotel is in a noisy area. The pictures on the website are misleading.

Well they use the word "resort" loosely. It is pretty rundowned. The first room they put us in was dirty-cobwebs, had a huge cockroach as soon as we walked in, the hotel employee saw it, and one bed had bedding, the other did not. Restaurant is a microwave and food. Hotel staff was nice except for one man who was so rude! Hotel is right at the end of the beach/beginning of the cliffs. About a block from beach. You have to walk down the hill to get to the beach. At the end of the hill, taxi cab drivers and young men hang out there and harass verbally women who pass by. This hotel is a complete false it is nothing like it is advertised to be. These are the issues with this hotel. 1. THE FRONT DESK/CONCIERGE….had no information on any of the local or regional attractions. 2. THE POOL was disgusting...the water was it was green, littered with debris & it was only painted half way. There were exactly 5 lounge chairs […] available for guests to use...three were cracked straight down the middle & two were covered in mold & mildew. 3. THE RESTAURANT/KITCHEN consist of two chefs cooking on a HOT PLATE…we had to wait a hour for our orders to be cooked…..the continental breakfast consisted of coffee or tea with a slice of toast that's it. 4. THE ROOM (villa)...all the sheets were stained & dirty (we had to wait 1.5 hours for them to be brought to our villa)....there were no towels in the room when we arrived (we had to wait 1.5 hours for them to be brought to our villa)....there are no electric outlets in the bathrooms....there is no iron or blow dryer provided in the room (you can request one from the front desk but they have a very limited supply of them)….the villa was has a kitchen which was suppose to have a stove what is actually provided is a hot plate (it didn’t work properly)….they do not provide no pots, no plates, no utensils or no cups….the microwave did not work….refrigerator did not work properly…the sectional couch was stained, had cigarette holes & it was full of black ants (we had to ask them spray it down with bug spray), a telephone is not provide in the room…. only 1 key is provided per room… the window glass is very thin & one can hear all the noise from the reception & restaurant area….music is played extremely loud in the restaurant….we saw large roaches in the room…if you request extra toilet paper or garbage bags they are left outside of the room in a large garbage bag outside of your room if you are not there….we were told to put the garbage out on the walkway for someone to pick-up (this attracts insects). 5. During peak tourist season, music can be heard pumping in the distance until slightly past midnight, but was not too disturbing. The rates quoted are often 2-3x the market rate for such fares - even by tourist standards. This hotel is a hidden treasure sitting on top of the hill overlooking seven mile beach you get a great view of the hills and the ocean from the pool deck.
